Villa Omnia sleeps up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms and an office suite — but what sets it apart is the outdoor flow. This is a property that earns the word "resort." The backyard is built for groups who want to do more than sit around a pool.
The outdoor experience:
• Heated gas pool (gas heating means faster, more consistent warmth than a heat pump)
• Full outdoor kitchen with a TV — cook, eat, and watch the game without going inside • Putting green for morning rounds and friendly competition
• Bocce ball court
• Four distinct seating areas — perfect for privacy, group conversation, breakout sessions, or just spreading out
• Lounge chairs and covered patio space throughout
This layout works especially well for:
Executive retreats and masterminds — four separate outdoor zones mean natural breakout spaces, no conference room required. The office inside adds a whiteboard and collaboration area when you need it.
Golf weekends — putting green on-site, Old Town and Scottsdale's top courses minutes away. Wellness escapes — quiet mornings, pool afternoons, and warm desert evenings in a private setting.
Luxury group travel — girls trips, pre-wedding groups, and intimate celebrations that need more than a hotel suite.
Inside, the chef's kitchen opens directly to the great room with two seating areas and an island bar — the indoor and outdoor spaces flow together naturally, which is rare. The master suite has a king bed and a large spa-style bathroom. The second ensuite has two queen beds with sliding doors that open directly to the backyard. Bedroom three sleeps six on a full-over-full bunk with a trundle, and bedroom four has a queen. The office has a pullout sofa bed and doubles as a private workspace or breakout room. A hallway bath with laundry serves the remaining bedrooms and pool area.
Bikes are available in the garage for exploring the neighborhood, and the office space includes games and a whiteboard for collaboration.
Pool heat is available for $125/day, set to 85°F. Please request at least 72 hours in advance — a $85 convenience fee applies for later requests. A pool cover is also available to help retain heat on cooler nights.
