Hello Ronald! Thank you for your review. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests. We hope we can host you again soon!

Hi Nuvia, we DO NOT agree with the condition of our house under your description. Our pool is cleaned on a weekly basis and was cleaned a day before your arrival. On your second day very late at night, you mentioned the pool water was dirty, and we sent out the pool tech to treat the pool water again on the following day morning. When the pool cleaner arrived, no 'rat' was found in the pool and the pool water was clear. We have photos for your reference, we instructed the pool cleaner to treat the pool water again per your request. We encourage our guests to report any issues with our house during their stay period so we can send help promptly. There is a washer and dryer in the house, the laundry room is located upstairs near the staircase. We've arranged a wall painting appointment to touch on the walls. The condition of our house is always our top priority, we will keep improving our maintenance and will deliver a better staying experience in the future.

Hi Tanisha, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that our property exceeded your expectations and was perfect for your sports group. It's fantastic to know that you found the accommodations to be exactly as advertised and that there was plenty of room for everyone. We're delighted that you enjoyed the location, felt safe in the community, and found it easy to navigate around. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate it. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another fantastic stay in the future. If you have any further questions or need assistance with future bookings, please don't hesitate to reach out.

It was our pleasure to host you, Julio! Welcome back anytime in the future!

Hi Mikel, it was a pleasure to host your group! We are happy to find our vacation home had plenty of space and you enjoyed the pool and game room. We appreciate your feedback about the check-in line and will work to improve this experience. We looking forward to your next stay!

Thank you for your kind review and feedback, Brent! It was a pleasure to host your family during spring break. We are delighted to hear your family had a great stay and the kids enjoyed the game room at our home. Our pool in the backyard has pool cleaning on a weekly basis. Just a friendly reminder for our guests please shower before entering the pool. Sunscreen, alcohol, and grease block the filter and will slow the flow of the pool cause a pool filtration problem. We sent out the pool cleaning team the following day after we receive your photos. We always do our best to assist our guests in the shortest time possible. We will keep improving our home condition and will deliver a better staying experience in the future. We hope to have an opportunity to host your group again on your next trip to Orlando!

We’re glad to hear that you found our villa great and enjoyed your stay, Peggy! We provide one bath towel for each guest and one hand towel in each bathroom. We’ve also ensured that pot holders and kitchen utensils are sufficiently stocked. Since the vacation home is self-catering, please feel free to obtain any additional items you may need during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and want you to know we’re always here to help with any issues that may arise. The dishwasher has been checked and is in excellent condition! We’re committed to providing comfortable and excellent stays for our guests and hope to host you again in the future!

Hi Jesse, thank you for your review and for choosing our property for your Florida trip. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the responsiveness of our team, the location, and the pool area. We have forwarded your concerns to our team and made sure everything has been further looked into with improvements. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding the welcome book, and we will consider implementing one for the convenience of our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide you with a more satisfactory experience.

Hi Cherie, thank you for your review and feedback. We do provide starter supplies in the house, with one bath towel for each guest and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and silverware. You may purchase additional supplies needed for your stay from a nearby Walmart store. We always encourage our guests to let us know of any issues that arise during your stay so we can send help to assist you promptly. Normally, our guest uses the bath towel provided as their pool towel. Each bathroom has at least one roll of toilet paper. Our pool is cleaned on a weekly basis. We have forward your concerns to our maintenance team, and these issues have been checked. All of the beds have a comforter on it, the towel rack has been hung back in place, the blind fixed, the loose barstool screw fixed, and the sofa is sent out for further repair. We are arranging a repair on the pool paver area. The pest control team has treated the bug in the bathroom. We will keep improving the condition of our house and we will deliver a better staying experience in the future!

Hi Nicole, the pool pavers have been already fixed by the new home builder warranty. Please note the pool service does not interrupt guests and only uses the backyard screen door to enter and clean the pool. We have also further looked into the sofa and it is in great condtion with no issues. We will keep improving our service and continue to deliver great stays to our guests!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you had a fantastic time and that the home, private pool, and resort amenities made your Disney vacation even more enjoyable. It’s wonderful to know that Emily’s support helped make your stay smooth and stress-free. We also appreciate you pointing out the minor issues you encountered. The ice maker and tub have since been addressed by our maintenance team, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. As noted in our listing, the home is self-catering, but we understand how important it is to have enough essentials like bath cloths. We’ll make sure to improve on that for future guests. We're so glad to hear you'd stay with us again, and we look forward to welcoming you back for your next trip!

Hi Lakeria, thank you for your feedback. We deeply regret that your recent stay did not meet your expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. We understand how important it is to have a clean and functional space, especially when on vacation. We have replaced the bed cover and reviewed our cleaning protocols to ensure these issues are addressed. A technician was sent to fix the bed and headboard. Our pool is cleaned on a weekly basis, and we sincerely apologize for the oversight regarding the green pool water on your first night. We sent a pool cleaner to treat the water on the second day of your stay. We also arrange a powerwash for the front porch. This is not the standard we strive for, and we have taken steps to improve our maintenance inspections. We are committed to delivering a better experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under improved conditions. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, and we hope to regain your trust.

Hi Tina, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We have addressed the concerns you mentioned. We appreciate you bringing these to our attention and hope to have the chance to host you again!

Thank you for your feedback, George. A new sofa has been installed to replace the damaged one for our future guests' comfort. The blinds also have already been fixed during the departure inspection. Please understand that our team had to schedule cleaners to remove the unexpected loose trash left by the previous guests. It is important to know that the pool heater is set on a timer for a maximum period from 9/10 AM to 9/10 PM. The pool temperature is always set to 88 degrees and the SPA is always set to 102 degrees. The display of 80 degrees found was the pool water temperature at that specific night, not the pool heater's setting. Before each group arrives, all beds are inspected and properly made with sheets. However, we were not informed of any bed issues during your stay. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please inform us, and we are always here to provide prompt assistance. We are committed to continuously improving our services to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.

Our home is always professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and our previous guests had great stays! We have further looked into the cleaning report and did not find the sheets were stained before check-in. We arranged for cleaners to deliver a new set of sheets anyways and encouraged to communicate with us via messages so we can keep everything on track to provide better assistance constantly. We will continue to provide excellent service and deliver great stays to our future guests!

Thank you very much for your review of our house, Danika! This property is a newly built property. We will keep in touch with our appliance vendor to further improve the quality of our services. We hope we will have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
