Casa Toloc is an amazing home located directly on the coast of the Caribbean Sea near the southern point of Isla Mujeres (near Cliff of the Dawn/Punta Sur). Casa Toloc is often referred to as "the grass roof house" and offers a truly unique setting. The ocean side of the home offers outstanding views of the ocean with a seasonally heated pool to take the chill off (December 15th -March 15th). The garden side offers the serenity of a jungle garden.
The unobstructed views of the Caribbean from both inside the home and from the pool deck and palapa covered lounge areas will truly take your breath away. Our home has just been completely renovated, and every surface has been replaced with high end finishes. Included are 4 master bedrooms, each with private en suite bathrooms and king beds. The large open concept living space and gourmet kitchen are just steps away from the new pool and covered decks. A wall of stacking glass sliding doors joins the interior with the outdoors, letting the view and sea breezes inside. The pool deck includes chaise lounges for soaking up the sun and two separate palapa covered decks with exterior living and dining areas. Also included are an outdoor shower and half bath for easy access while enjoying the outside areas and an outdoor BBQ area. The expansive front yard garden is beautifully landscaped and perfect for relaxing. The house includes internet access through Starlink and use of the washer/dryer.

While this house is considered single level there are some stairs within the house. The dinning room and waterfront bedrooms are architecturally sunken and require a couple of stairs.
