Make the best beach memories in this conveniently located, second-floor condo. The private balcony offers gorgeous views of the beach and glittering on-site pool - the perfect place to relax after a day of fun. The Gulfarium, The Boardwalk, many unique shops, and local eateries are within walking distance so you and your group don't have to venture far. The beachside complex offers a 5000-square-foot pool, a splash garden for the kids, a kiddy pool, and a large hot tub. Your reservation includes beach service of two chairs and one umbrella. The bridge connecting the beachside complex to the bayside complex makes using all the amenities at Destin West easy. With so many things to do all day, you and your group will want for nothing.

Inside you'll find a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. With fun and bright colors everywhere you look, you can't help but enjoy yourself every minute you're inside this condo! Kick back on the plush furniture to enjoy a movie on the large TV or a nice conversation, or prepare beach picnic snacks and grand meals in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with ample room for personal effects. Don't forget to wash off the sand and sunscreen in the roomy walk-in shower. At the end of the day, witness a spectacular Gulf of Mexico sunset on the private balcony, your favorite drink in hand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was amazing. For anything we needed, the staff responded to us very quickly and efficiently. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beach view was awesome. The pool was great. It was very big and clean and the hot tub was so nice and big. The lazy river was one of the best ones I’ve used. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend. Definitely would stay again.

Great location!

Place was clean and the location is great. However if you plan on sleeping this is not the place for you. Quiet time was never enforced and there was a lot of noise from other guests until midnight-1 am and a lot of noise early in the morning like 6:00am. Kids screaming right on our window. Obviously this is not an issue with the property itself,besides that the unit is great , lots of beds and space. Could use some updates , dish washer had a wheel broken (from inside tray) and vent from master bathroom room had mold. Easy problems to solve . Kids enjoyed lazy river .

Beautiful Condo & Relaxing Resort!

Our condo was the perfect size for our family of 7! It was clean, contained all that was needed for our stay, and was very comfortable.The ocean, pools, lazy river, and bay is all within a short walking distance. The resort is well-maintained, clean, family-friendly, and relaxing.

Weekend Stay

Although it was a cute condo we had a lot of issues come up that made it a rough stay and would not book at this location again. Our electrical in the master bath didn’t work so we had to all get ready in 1 bathroom, the toilet in the master had plumbing issues and would back so my husband had to unclog the toilet, the mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable where you woke up in pain, the kitchen was missing a lot of silverware literally having 1 teaspoon and the rooms had no dressers to put away clothes. It was a lot of things that like I said would be enough to not stay again.

Amazing place!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and this beautiful condo. It was so clean and spaceous. The balconey overlooking the pool was a great spot just to sit out at and relax. The unit is on the end and very close to the parking garage which made loading and unloading a breeze. Having a code to enter the condo was great so no need to keep up with keys. Our favorite part was the lazy river. Will definitely book this place again in the future we made great memories and had a wonderful time.

Great family condo

Great location, walking distance to the pier and Boardwalk. Unit was spacious and comfortable. Great pools and the covered parking garage was great.

Spring break 2023

Incredible facility with beautiful grounds and multiple pools. Room included everything needed to accommodate a family of five very comfortably. Couldn't ask for much more. Nicely decorated and clean.

Pretty Perfect!

This place could easily be a five star. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo with the amenities and the ease of the whole process. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. There are no pictures of the lazy river portion of the Bayside Resort that you also get to use. The pictures also do not show patio furniture, but there is a four top table out there. The unit had plenty of bath towels and washcloths, however, we did run out of toilet paper in one of the restrooms and could not find a replacement. Having a couple extra rolls under the sink would be nice. The condo was very clean. The floors could have used a little extra mopping, but keeping beach condo floors clean can be a challenge. The only other non-five star review would be the bedding blankets. I feel like there could have been more blankets or thicker blankets for the beds. The bedspread was thin and slippery and slid off the bed throughout the night. I would just mention that if you are in fact a cold natured person to maybe bring your own extra throw blanket or warm PJ's. We will definitely book this condo again if it is available next time we want to visit FWB. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Great location

Right above the hot tub and close to the garage and boardwalk access. Very nicely decorated. Perfect for two couples and lots of kids. Would love to see a Keurig, coffee maker, and updated faucets. Will definitely stay here next time since it’s so fast to get out to the beach or the pool.

Good experience but three bunks is too many

Our condo was nice, clean, and provided what we needed. The property management team reached out several times to check in which was also nice. The ad showed one twin bed in the nook area but really there are three beds stacked and that makes them too close. My 18 yr old daughter who had planned to be sleeping in a single twin bed was on the bunks and she kept hitting her head. Not sure why they thought stacking them three high was a good idea. Two would have been sufficient and if you have bunks, then advertise it that way. There were a few burned out lightbulbs that we requested be fixed but they were not addressed during our stay. Hopefully taken care of for the next guests. The sliding glass door in the primary bedroom doesn't close all the way. It seems out of alignment and it didn't bother us but it made the room a bit less sound proof. These are minor things. The condo was fine and we like the property overall and would stay again at Destin West.

Loved Destin West

Destin West was great. The condo I reserved was 216 Gulfside. It was very spacious and clean. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Vacasa and both times the condos were as promised and very clean. I loved the Lazy River also. From what I saw the adults were enjoying it as much as the kids.
