Just one block from the beach, this four-bedroom beauty boasts a private, fully enclosed yard complete with a deck, and grill to help you make the most of your visit. Great local shopping and dining options are within an easy walk along Coast Street. Coast Park and Newport Performing Arts Center are just across the street.

The home features a spacious, two-story floor plan awash with natural light and well-appointed for guest comfort. Showcasing ocean views, the main floor is designed for comfortable group gatherings with an open layout offering plenty of room for everybody to spread out. Enjoy family movie nights in the living room or kick back with a good book in the sunny sitting area. The kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances you need for planning at-home meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

Great location, place was clean and nice but a little dated, literally VHS and old blockbuster movies, but was very comfortable for our 1 night stay.

great stay

Great location, comfortable house with 3 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The living room and the kitchen are upstairs (my guess is because of the ocean view from the top floor). The property is not oceanfront but it has some view of the ocean. Very close to the beach and a nice oceanfront park nearby. The 101 with lots of restaurants, etc., is a 5-minute walk away. Great location, great house. Loved the stay.

Everyone had a great time

Very comfortable house pretty close to the beach. Wife, friends, kids, and dogs all enjoyed themselves.

Great location and nice layout.

We were 5 retired women on a retreat. This house was great. Perfect location near a wonderful beach and the little shops were cute. The house had plenty of space and was very comfortable.the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a couple if issues and the management company was very responsive. We had a great stay.

Excellent location

Perfect location at Nye Beach, easy access to restaurants, stores and the beach and good walking areas. Relatively quiet. Property needs a little maintenance, but overall is pleasant, family friendly, has well equipped kitchen and lovely seating areas with great views.

Marinating at our stay.

The hot tub was a big hit with the kids. We stayed in there tell our flesh fell off our skin. I felt like a slow cooked roast. For real it was perfect the park was just across the street. The beach is in walking distance as so the restaurant too. The Perfect location.

Company fishing trip

Every year we take our whole company and their families to the coast on a fishing trip. These three houses make for a great time at the coast. We had a BBQ on the first night and it is great to have 3 BBQs to cook on. Also, our employees love using the hot tubs. It is so convenient to have all three houses at one time. I would recommend anyone that has a large roup to use these houses.

The kitchen / living room is on the 2nd floor. Expect lots of stairs trips.

Very nice, could not find the garbage cans outside, so ended up leaving bagged trash in the middle of the kitchen.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything. Quiet and beautiful views. The windows were amazing. The living space is upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen lacked things like tin foil and a working cork screw. A few windows needed some work to open.

Family Trip

Pros: Large and comfortable with good floor plan, nice view, close to beach access, private back yard. Cons: House needs a deep cleaning, a better equipped kitchen, and some general maintenance and repair. Examples: huge pee stain on downstairs carpet, stains on bedspreads, broken and dirty blinds, broken dining table barely standing, grill was extremely dirty (I called, and someone did come by and clean the grill for us several days later). The house worked well for our family, and we would consider renting it again if these issues were addressed.

Not exactly what we were expecting

We really enjoyed the location and layout of the property, but we did have a few thing that we were not huge fans of. We wish we could have gotten into the property earlier than 4pm. We had sent requests to be able to get in earlier and were told there was no way. Then there were a few things that would have made our stay better like a few more garbage cans, garbage bags, and some essential kitchen things. Also the cleaners were waiting outside in the car while we were packing up our car the morning of checkout. Felt very rushed. Overall very happy with the property itself, just not the process.

A Sad Ending

Our family has been renting this home off and on for 16 years. We have never seen these homes in such disrepair. This will be the last time we will be staying at this property. From the broken dining room table, to the stove that will only cook on high and not turn off and is literally falling apart, to the massive ants, to the lack of silverware and kitchen items, to the towel holders are falling off of the wall; this place that holds so many memories for our family was such a huge disappointment. The inconvenient check in time of 4pm and checkout time of 10am is definitely worth noting when booking this property. Not being able to communicate with a person with questions or problems is very inconvenient. Nye Beach is of course the perfect location and there is nothing better than the Pacific Ocean and family time, but next time we will be staying at a different home.

A Lovely get-away on the Oregon Coast

The property was well outfitted and located within walking distance of both the Beach and an eclectic dining/shopping district. Also within a short drive were more beaches, an aquarium, and more dining options. The townhouse was a 2-story unit with sleeping on the downstairs and cooking/eating on the upstairs with a lovely view of the ocean. Mobility challenged people would have access challenges to the second floor.

Great Vaca House, but..

Great house, good location. However, a homeless guy was using the outside outlet to charge his phone. Creeped us out a bit. Seems like he does it all the time.
