WATERFRONT CABIN PRIVATE BEACH HOT TUB FIRE RING FISH HIKE KAYAK

We are offering two waterfront cabins (on separate listings) as vacations rentals. They are nestled on the bank of licking creek, a Potomac River tributary. They are located in south eastern Fulton county PA only about twelve minutes from interstate 70. The cabins boarder fifty-six hundred acres of public land with the Tuscarora Trail running along the top of the mountain.
Both cabins have fully functioning modern kitchens, hvac systems, high speed internet, smart TVs, washers and dryers, fireplaces, porches overlooking licking creek, private white sand beach area, four grills, a fire ring with seating, a hot tub, wildlife, and walking trails.
This cabin was built to comply with ADA requirements. This includes ramps, special parking, handicap bathroom, ADA approved appliances, and eating/work areas that accommodate a wheel chair. This cabin offers two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. The family room has a pull out sofa and fireplace for extra sleeping space. There is a dining area which offers a table and bar top dining areas. There is an open floor plan from the kitchen through dining and family room.
When you stay with us you will have access to relax on beach, hike, fish, bike, kayak, and nature watch on site. You will also be close to restaurants in Hancock Maryland, skiing at whitetail resort, biking on rails to trails and toe path, and boating on Potomac River. We are also located about twenty minutes from historic downtown Berkley Springs West Virginia. The other cabin's listing number is 2920944.

Me and my husband had a wonderful quite time. Love the wildlife that was a around. There was deer in the yard in the morning and evening and a small army of squirrels and chipmunks. There was also a different verities of birds. Great place to stay and relax.

My stay was everything I hoped it would be. Quiet and serene with all the accoutrements of home and more. The entire grounds were clean and extremely well kept. It is obvious the owners put a lot of time and attention into making people's stay perfect, including the beach, hot tub, fire pits (3 on property), provided firewood, propane fire pit, bbq grills, warm fireplace, basic first aid kit, bathroom necessities, nice towels, games, children's books, three televisions, washer and dryer and anything you might need for the kitchen. The host was very quick to respond to my questions and install extra propane when the tank ran out. I have bookmarked this property for future getaways.

Retreat

The cabin was beautiful. The lake and woods and all the deer were exactly what we were looking for. It was so peaceful! I would highly recommend this beautiful getaway!

Beautifully maintained. This was our first vrbo rental as we usually stay at a timeshare, hotel, or cruise. This place was better than all of them. We really enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary

Very relaxing place, cabin was clean and modern. The only suggestion I would give the owner is to invest in better mattresses, both beds were uncomfortable I thought by the looks of all the other furnishings there would have been higher quality mattresses.

Relaxing Stay

This was a cozy cabin pretty secluded in the woods with a nice hot tub and fun little beach area. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a calming stay.

Tranquility

The owners of this property took such care in thinking of everything you could need from necessities and many bonuses. The cabin is clean, property is well maintained and they have great information on the nature around you available. My friend and I needed a long overdue relaxing getaway and this was PERFECT! Hot tub was a perfect end to our days of hiking. We will be back!

Wonderful Seclusion

Property overall was great! The snack machine and drinks are a great amenity to keep you from needing to run into town. Amazingly clean, with only 1 piece of trash we found on the whole property, so very well kept! The beach was so relaxing and has a picnic table and grill! We only had two down sides. The first was the cabin needed a couple small side tables on the porch and bedroom to place chargers, drinks or medical equipment. Second was the hot tub, it took forever to heat up and actually went down in temp when we got in. Would be good warning for guests to heat up the hot tub temp on arrival if they plan to use it. Those are pretty minor issues and we had no problems with anything else. We even had charcoal, lighter fluid, and hornet spray on the porch, which was nice ever though we didn't end up grilling out. We were already talking about bringing our daughter and grandparents out to enjoy as a family.

Gram, Daughter and Granddaughter getaway

This was our second time to this property and it still exceeded our expectations. The ADA capabilities is so helpful with my grandmother, she's already looking forward to spending her 91st there next year! The property has everything you could ask for and then some.

Woodland cabin on babbling river

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed cabin with added amenities. (hot tub, kayaks, canoe, laundry, open-space living with stone, gas-powered fireplace) Lovely countryside stay; clean and well- maintained. A great place to relax.

Secluded getaway

Creek was a bit high. Fishing okay. A bit hard to find the cabin but got there. Need the gps. Shower floor was a bit slippery. Cameras around. One facing hot tub. Had a little snack shack which was great. Very remote.

Amazing experience

The truth is that I really enjoyed the experience in this place. It is a beautiful quiet place to share with the family and disconnect from all the stress of the city. I would definitely visit that place again. I recommend it.

Amazing experience!

Everything was absolutely perfect! I took my mom and my gram (who is in a wheelchair) on a 4 day getaway. Everything that the cabin had to offer was above and beyond what I expected! My gram, who was hesitant to go, didn't want to leave! The cabin and amenities were so thought out and made the trip wonderful!! My only suggestion would be the path to the ADA cabins fire pit, it was a little challenging with the gravel, but we made it work!!! Thank you for an amazing experience, you made 3 ladies very happy and relaxed 😁

Was AMAZING

It’s just like it’s listed and much,much more. Ben, the host was so nice and kind. He brought us fresh tomatoes and watermelons from his garden. The view and the water stream was amazing. The kids loved the kayaks and the sandy beach. Very clean and loved having a washer and dryer. I have shown pics to people and they are asking for information. You won’t regret you stay here. We will be back. Thanks again Ben.

End of summer get away

The place was beautiful and is set up to never have to leave. We enjoyed the water and it was perfect for my active toddler- shallow water and lots to explore safely. We spent one morning biking, and watched a storm from the porch. We hope to come back and rent both cabins to truly have the whole place to enjoy!
