This apartment is light, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was much larger than anticipated. The standout feature is the large balcony and wonderful view. The apartment is located on a quiet part of the beach - if you are like us and prefer to avoid a crowded beach full of loungers, people and noise then this is the apartment for you. The largest number of people I saw at any one time on this part of the beach was 5, most of the time it was just 1 or 2 people walking past. If you stay here you may want a car and there is an allocated parking space right outside. Not a problem for us as we wanted to explore the island anyway and had booked a car. It would be a longish walk in the heat to Camana Bay, the majority of restaurants, and supermarkets. If you want a wonderful view, to listen to the waves and watch the sunset from your balcony, then this is the perfect apartment for that.

We had a wonderful family stay here over Christmas week (12/20–12/27). The condo truly delivers on its promise, breathtaking views and incredibly easy beach access just steps away. What we appreciated most was how quiet and peaceful the location is, tucked away from the more crowded stretches of Seven Mile Beach on a road with little to no traffic. It felt relaxed and private, while still being only a short drive to amenities and great restaurant options.Jayne was fantastic, quick to respond to questions and very helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. We loved being able to snorkel right from the beach and having paddleboards available added to the experience. As always, Cayman was an amazing backdrop for quality family time. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. Perfect location to lounge in the sun, drink a pina colada and even paddle board.

Location!

We stayed at Sundowner for a week in April and absolutely loved it! It is located on a quiet part of beautiful seven mile beach. Five minute walk gets you to restaurants and water rentals. One mile away is Cemetery Beach with great snorkeling. Jayne was very responsive to all of our needs and accommodations. Booking was easy and check-in instructions covered everything. Condo was spotless. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, blender and all the essentials to make our stay easy. Bed was very comfortable. WIFI was available. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. The sunsets were beautiful from our balcony! The only problem we had was that we only booked for a week!

Amazing!!

Loved the location, very central but out of the way of busy beach goers! Within walking distance to nearby resorts and snorkel spots! The view is fabulous and the bed was so comfy! Kitchen was fully equipped too! Would definitely stay here again!

Seven Mile Stay

Jayne is wonderful to work with. She is super responsive and helpful. Check in process was easy. She met us on arrival to get us oriented and answer any questions. She even accommodated some late adjustments to our schedule. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful extras like tea, cocoa, coffee and breakfast bars. Plenty of beach and snorkeling gear as well. The condo and property were as described. All in all, a lovely stay and host!

Exceeded expectations

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very well cared for and the host was very friendly and good to work with. The location on Seven mile beach was good and convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Cayman.

Great Stay!

Jayne did an incredible job ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us where all the beach equipment was for our unit, as well as checked in with us during the trip. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and the location is exactly as pictured and right on the water with a large beach that’s quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Great place on the beach

Great times at the Sundowner! Place is stocked with anything you can ask for. Communications were friendly and timely. Would highly recommend. It is one of the best places to stay on Seven Mile Beach.

Perfect

The property was absolutely beautiful. The host was very responsive. Enjoyed the quiet of the north side of seven Mile Beach, but we’re able to get around the whole island with a car. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. We would be happy to come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful stay

BREATHTAKING VIEW! COULD BARELY LOOK AWAY!

Awesome balcony with views of beautiful palm trees and INCREDIBLE WATER. SO RELAXING ! So many colors of blue! Bring water shoes if your feet are sensitive, but we found a path into the water that was pretty easy to walk. And because it’s at the North End of Seven Mile Beach, it’s a lot less crowded, which we loved! Amazing sunsets from the beach and/or balcony! Just Heaven! Jayne is amazing to work with, very accommodating and responsive! Her condo is well-equipped and well-maintained. Loved the décor! Easy entrance, no keys to worry about! So many useful things are provided. The water filtration in the frig is great ! Go to Foster’s for groceries and Jacques Scott’s for adult beverages. Call Gino’s for pizza/sub deliveries, great food! Would also recommend Tukka West for a nice meal. Call about their courtesy shuttle. Used public buses since we didn’t rent a car. Those take a bit to get used to but you can also call a taxi but costs more. Jennifer is awesome! Stingray City Tour is great! The rays are so friendly and held one along with several starfish! Great experience! Also did the Crystal Caves Tour. Yves was a fun tour guide! The caves are hot and humid, so do not bring a sweatshirt as I read from some reviews. Thank you so much Jayne for sharing your amazing condo with us!!!

Beautiful Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the most relaxing time. The condo is beautiful and the photos in the listing don't do it justice. Communication with the host, Jayne, was always responded to quickly. It's a pretty quiet area, and we didn't hear any of our neighbors. We loved having the loungers and umbrella right out in front of the condo. We even saw two new turtle nests! Thank you, Jayne for a fantastic and relaxing trip. We will definitely return.

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location was straight from Heaven located right on the beach in a peaceful spot on the north end of Seven Mile Beach. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Our host Jayne was exceptional and took care of every detail. I wish every host was as wonderful as her! Hands down our favorite VRBO rental ever because of the location and host.

Far from the madding crowd!

Lovely, quiet condo (with a small number of units) right on 7 Mile Beach, not surrounded by highrises and on a small access road (but walking distance along the beach to restaurants). Very clean, structurally sound, modern furnishings and every kitchen need provided for preparing meals. Tropical landscaping with beautiful palms and sea grape trees. Most responsive host! Entry system was the best we've ever encountered (getting one for my own home). We found the place even better than we expected from the listing. A wall of mirrors in the living room made the space feel twice as spacious, and the balcony was delightful and private. Looking out from the kitchen it looked as if we were on a boat as the water was so close! Foster's was a great grocery a 5 minute drive north, next to Scott Liquors. We recommend it highly and would stay here again.

Relaxing stay with amazing sunsets

Beautiful beachfront condo! Short drive from airport, restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Beachfront was so nice and private. Loved snorkeling and seeing turtles right out front. Sunsets were amazing! Hope to be back in the future!

Cozy Condo on the Beach

Jayne was a great host! She was very responsive and provided helpful information about the location of the condo and availability of grocery stores on the day of our arrival. The convenience of accessing the beach without the crowds was the main draw for us as a couple. If you’re looking for a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, but still accessible to restaurants, this is the place for you! We definitely recommend a car for your stay so you can explore the island.
