The space
This home has two private bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a king in the other. The living room features a comfy sectional that also pulls out as a queen sleeper making this the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides you with a dining table to conversate and have meals together! The laundry room is shared with the other side of the duplex and is located in the basement which is accessible via the hallway that separates the two units.

The LIVING ROOM is equipped with a smart tv. The room flows easily into the beautiful dining and kitchen combo.

The BATHROOM contains a standard bathtub and shower.

OUTSIDE contains two chairs on a wooden deck out front for enjoyment.
