Don’t forget to bring your towels so you can head down the shared pool for a swim or to layout, there is also a grill available in the pool area.

You will have access to a covered/shaded parking spot!

There is a bar/grill and convenience store all within walking distance of the condo. Or jump in the car and you are only a couple of minutes from grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, and restaurants!

Cape Coral has plenty of public golf courses nearby and the Cape Coral Yacht Club (offering a public beach) and Cape Coral Marina Village are both under 5 miles away. Fort Myers Beach is less than 15 miles, Sanibel Island is 20 miles away.
