Important Rules

No parties: Hosting over 5 guests will incur a $500 fee for damages or other costs.
No smoking: A $250 fee applies for indoor smoking.
The living room daybed/trundle sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably in double-bed mode; please note this when booking with a larger group.
