The place smelled of urine upon arrival and the office sent a person to spray the place. Looks like black mold popping out on the wall alongside the couch. It really needs some paint on the woodwork and the main door needs weather strip to keep the weather out. Suggest, an update for the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Spanish Village. The location was great. We felt very fortunate to find a place that allowed us to bring our pups. The fenced-in yard was great to have for our dogs; however, there was very little grass, mostly rock and sand/dirt. The bedroom was a nice size with a comfortable king sized bed. The sofa sleeper, as many are, was not as comfortable. The cottage is charming and well stocked but in need of a deep clean and a few touch ups here and there.
