Dear Jonathan, unfortunately you did not like the apartment as much as I was hoping you would. The intention of the interior design is to satisfy a wide range of different tastes, for which the photos on the webpage provide immediate transparency of the decor. We addressed the concern of the windows and doors generating noise to no avail, finding their operation to be quiet. Perhaps the area is too quiet, so you can hear a faint sound of the door also... Our apartments are situated in a mixed building with offices on the lower floors and with apartment and penthouses on the upper floors. There is of course no residential area neighborhood, but what else can you expect from a centralized city location.

We are happy to consider constructive criticism from our guests in order to optimize our apartments. We rent out six apartments in the center of Munich and all apartments are almost identical. If you would like to have a special apartment, we will try to fulfill your wish. All apartments are well equipped in terms of quality. All kitchens are fully equipped. Unfortunately, you did not tell us what you were missing. We would have taken care of it immediately. The towels are of normal quality, I don't know which prison you were in. Towels are not changed daily in vacation apartments as they are in hotels. Instead, we offer a washing machine and dryer free of charge. We checked the dryer and could not find any problems. Guests before and after you had no problems. It was probably an operating error. I also informed you that we have two dryers. Unfortunately, you didn't want to use them! I am sorry that we could not meet your requirements. I also recommend that next time you book a 75 square meter apartment in a hotel in the center of Munich. For the same price? Good luck with your search.

Kathleen booked with us a vacation apartment for four guests at Oktoberfest time. Oddly enough, she did not check in with us herself but sent six unknown and unregistered people who checked in with us. Unfortunately, we could not prevent this through our contactless check in. However, we can see who enters or leaves the apartment through our camera in the entrance area. However, booking for third parties without our consent is excluded and illegal with all booking portals. Also, no more people are allowed to stay in the property than booked. If they do, we can refuse to hand over the object or ask everyone to leave. It is trespassing and we are entitled to cancel the booking with immediate effect. We have asked Kathleen to make sure that at least the two additional people leave the property immediately. This was not done. Since we were not in Munich at the time, we could not enforce the eviction, which was additionally exploited by these guests. Unfortunately, these "guests" were so far the most unpleasant experience we had to make.

Dear Shelley, thank you very much for the positive rating. I am glad you felt very comfortable in our apartment. Please forgive the inconvenience with the shower. We have very hard water in Munich and the shower heads clog very quickly. We therefore have spare shower heads for every apartment. Unfortunately you didn't mention the problem. We would have changed the shower head immediately. I apologize for the inconvenience. According to the house rules, the dance school is only allowed to play music at room volume. I am sorry that you could hear the music. I will let the property management know and take care of the problem.
