We're truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We want to clarify that our team takes great care to ensure each unit is thoroughly inspected and prepared for each turneover and for our next guests before their arrival. Upon receiving your feedback, we promptly dispatched our plumber to address the issue with the bathroom. It's unfortunate that the clog occurred due to the disposal of items that should not have been flushed during your stay. We are not also aware about the incident that happened during your stay. We understand that the steep stairs to the basement bathroom may not be suitable for all guests, and we appreciate your feedback on this matter. Thank you for highlighting the positive aspect of our location, and we hope that despite the challenges you encountered, you were still able to enjoy your time with us.
