`Off Road Retreat` Moab

This new custom home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and ample room for families and friends to spread out. With a main level living room as well as upper level family/entertainment room, 3 covered patios & covered balcony, firepit, hot tub & outdoor shower. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. The home features beautiful views of the LaSal Mountains and the Moab Canyon Rim.

This new custom home is located just 10-15 minutes south of downtown Moab and central to several state and national parks as well as countless off road and hiking trails. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Master bed & queen beds are all electric adjustable mattresses. All rooms have 55` TV`s. An open den with a twin size day bed, main level living room and upstairs family room with large TV, surround sound, wet bar and covered balcony. The exterior features a landscaped and fenced yard with 3 covered patios, hot tub, outdoor shower, 4 burner Blackstone grill, ample seating for relaxing plus dining for 8; a fire pit and fun outdoor games to play in the yard. The garage features 2 power Jeep hoists and hangers to hold up to 8 Jeep doors. 2 bike work stations and a bike rack with a capacity of 12, paddle boards to take to nearby Ken’s Lake, commercial ice maker so there`s no need to get ice before venturing out, and additional refrigerator for drinks. A custom kitchen with butlers pantry and coffee bar and laundry room available to guests.

You’ll have the entire house, yard and 2 car garage to yourself.

I can be reached easily and live within close proximity. I am very familiar with this property and can assist with any questions that come up.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and 10-15 minutes south of downtown Moab

Parking is available in the 2 car garage, driveway or on the street in front of or on the north side of the house.
*Please lock all exterior doors, close windows and garage door when leaving the house or checking out. Please leave doors closed while at the property to prevent insects and mice from getting into the house.
*Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed within the house or inside the garage under any circumstances.
*This home does NOT allow pets with exception of certified service animals of which must be approved prior to your arrival. If pets are found on the property, the guest will be charged additional cleaning fees and for any damage and be asked to leave without refund.
*Please obey all traffic rules. San Juan County allows off road vehicles on local streets, however speed limits and other traffic rules apply. Please be aware that motor vehicles not licensed as `street legal` are not allowed on US HWY 191 or on Grand County streets. This is a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH and we ask that you respect neighboring properties and stay on market trails and roads at all time. Please make yourself aware of special licensing to operate an off road vehicle required by the state of Utah regardless of a standard driver`s license.
*We understand you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm and before 8:00am out of respect for the neighbors. Please turn off exterior lights when not in use; at bedtime.
*Please keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub at all times when not in use to prevent it from blowing away or dirt and other debris from getting into the hot tub.
*Please shower before entering the hot tub and use only hot tub towels provided.
*We understand that hot tub water can get cloudy after a few days use. If at anytime during your stay, you find that the hot tub needs cleaning, please let us know. We will be happy to fill the water, replace and/or sanitize filters and/or treat water chemically as needed.
*Please do not leave any linens or towels or other items belonging to the property outside.
*The owner of this home has provided thoughtful amenities with guests in mind. We know accidents happen and if you break or damage something please let us know so that we can repair or replace it for you or future guests. If something is found broken or damaged out of neglectful behavior on your part, you will be asked to replace or pay for repairs.
*This property does not allow parties, events or gatherings of persons not registered and approved as guests of the property.

Very nice new house with everything a large family needs for vacation. Lots of outdoor seating, games with nice grass lawn. Gas and log firepits. House was very clean and well stocked. I wasn't riding this trip, but the tools in the garage is a nice perk/touch. Communication with host was spot on. Our trip was quick, but I would definitely come back here if I am in the area again. Location isn't 'bad' - not really secluded, but kind of out in the middle of nothing with a few other houses - about 15 minutes south from Moab proper. It is pretty quiet with some views of the canyon walls and nice dark skies for stargazing. Arches and Canyonland NP are still easy to get to, but are on the north side of Moab.

Great place for bikers!!

This place was absolutely fabulous. Great quiet location, room for plenty of people, and even a nice spacious garage that accommodated parking for all 6 of our motorcycles. Additionally, the kitchen has great cookware and cutlery so you can make quality meals and eat-in. I will absolutely stay here again!

I am a Utah Native and resident of the Moab/Spanish Valley area for the past 16 years. My family and I love boating, riding side by sides through the desert and camping. Canyon Country Properties is a small property management company of which attention to detail and our guests is very important. I work very hard for my homeowners and their guests.

This custom home is comfortably decorated with every amenity one could want while relaxing and enjoying time away from home. The owner has thought of everything to make guest stays memorable. The home is perfectly set up for groups or families with plenty of room for everyone to congregate or have personal space. The main level of the home features an open concept floor plan with living room, dining area and kitchen. The master bed and bathroom are also on the main level of the home. The exterior living areas provide a covered patio and balcony on the front of the house as well as a large covered patio and open patios on the rear & south side of the house. Views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Canyon Rim are visible from these outdoor living areas. View the stars, the sunset, sunrise or just hang out in the hot tub or sit around the 2 fire pits.
