We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home. The garage is temporarily closed off to guests. There are two closets upstairs that you will not have access to. Additionally, the 2nd door to the laundry room is locked because of a low ceiling that we don’t want you to hit your head on. You can still access the full laundry room from the door off the game room.

Sleeping arrangements
This thoughtfully designed home sleeps 10 guests across 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 baths. On the main floor, two spacious bedrooms feature king beds and soft natural light, while downstairs offers a queen bedroom and a playful room with twin bunk beds. Each space is fitted with brand-new memory foam mattresses, fresh linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.

Living spaces
Gather in one of two family rooms for movie nights or game time. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TVs or challenge your group to foosball and board games in the dedicated game room. With comfortable seating, bright interiors, and thoughtful touches throughout, every corner invites you to unwind.

Kitchen & dining
Cook together in the open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking basics. A spacious dining table seats 12, making it ideal for shared meals or late-night conversations. The nearby workstation nook offers a convenient spot for remote work, blending productivity with comfort.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, expelled and be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
