• Our villa is located in the gated community of Soliman Bay, just 10 minutes north of Tulum town. This tranquil and exclusive location offers the perfect balance for guests seeking proximity to Tulum’s vibrant energy while enjoying a private slice of paradise.

Amazing experience!

This is our 2nd time staying at Casa Mariola because we had such a great experience our first time last year. The house is amazing and the staff is the best. We felt so taken care of all week and the food was once again incredible!!!

Amazing house, chef, pool & beach!

This was one of the best vacations we have been on. The house was stunning, clean, decor was beautiful and architecture was incredible. The chef was AMAZING!!! Food was delicious and the presentation was stunning. Every staff member was so delightful and kind. I seriously can't say enough about this house. We took our 3 adult children and they brought 3 friends, so it was 8 of us and everyone loved it!

Holidays in Tulum, Soliman Bay

Outstanding home and staff made for our best vacation ever. Everyone from age 70 to 1 had a great time. Beautiful sandy beach with crystal blue water and an immaculate pool, fabulous snorkeling with spectacular fish, an octopus, and crabs right out our front door! Three delicious meals prepared by our private chef’s every day. Two birthday parties complete with piñatas. A guitar serenade surprise

Amazing 40th Birthday Trip

We had the best time at Casa Mariola this week. Carolina, Chef Daphne and the rest of the whole team made our trip fabulous. Everyone was thoughtful of every request and the house was impeccable at all times. We couldn’t have asked for anything more ❤️

Amazing! Well worth going!

The Villa was gorgeous, rooms clean and cool with AC all day and the common areas were incredible. The pool is crystal clear and the hot tub piping hot and everything is nicely shaded and literally on the beach! Walk from the pool to the ocean in no time. But what really sets it apart is the staff, hot meals always ready. Fresh snacks, juices, fruits always laid out all day and the housekeeping staff kept everything nice and clean for us while the management communicated and coordinated everything we wanted to do well in advance and was availble for changes or emergencies all weekend. 5 Star would come again absolutely.

Best Time Ever

We loved every single moment and didn't want to leave. Jeremie welcomed us when we arrived, and the house was more beautiful and well cared for than the pictures depicted. Every bedroom is spacious with huge bathrooms and there is plenty of room for everyone in the group. There was a wonderful breeze that goes through the ground floor with an ocean that is just steps away. Our chef Dafane was phenomenal, as was the entire staff!!! Everything was fresh and delicious, and they also accommodated our vegetarian friend! Honestly everything was seamless and we can't wait to go back!

It couldn't get better

If you want a place to get together with family and friends you couldn't find a better place than Casa Mariola. We were a group of 4 couples; all family and we had a great time. We celebrated an anniversary and a birthday and the chefs did a beautiful job making the dinners special. The beach is large which allowed us to spread out and have our own private time or to gather and talk while having drinks. Chef Dafne and Chef Esau did an awesome job cooking our meals. The water in front of the house is sandy which allows easy access to the water. Carolina, our concierge, set up massages for several of the guests as well as a fishing trip for others. She was supportive with all our requests and appreciate all her help. Fernando was on site daily to help with any issues and made sure the grounds were maintained. We will definitely come back and hopefully get to stay longer. We all felt this was the best house on Soliman Bay, can't wait to return!

Wonderful Mexico Family Vacation

We truly love the house, the pool was wonderful, the beach was so close with a lovely view from the pool to the ocean. The staff was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable. In June it was hot and the living room is open air but we managed. There were hammocks in the living room, hot tub in the pool and shells on the beach. The chefs were wonderful and the management team was helpful prior to and during our trip. Love this location!

The best and most lux weekend ever

I booked this house for my sister's bachelorette party. We were a group of 13 girls, mostly late 20s. The house was perfect, the pictures online don't do it justice, it was even more stunning in person. The access to the private beach takes the entire experience to the next level. There are simply not enough words to say how amazing that staff was, the food was absolutely incredible (breakfast had two courses everyday) and they were very attentive to the few allergies we had amongst the group. They thought of everything, even mini filtered water jugs next to each bed. Lastly, Jeremie is an absolute rockstar. He was so communicative throughout the entire booking process and really helped consult on our entire stay to make it the best weekend ever.

Beautiful property

Booked this house for my wife’s 40th birthday and we it was a great time. My wife’s jaw dropped when we walked in the house. Can’t say enough great thing about our stay. The staff went above and beyond, food was delicious and the property beautiful.
