Bienvenidos from CondoNuevoNayarit. We are Scott and Amy, the owners of this beautiful condo since April of 2018. After a 5 years of ownership, we have decided to take the next step, expanding our ownership experience into rental management.

As new owners, we’ve made numerous renovations to make transform the condo to our new home! Renovations include new paint and beachy décor throughout, new comfortable sofa and chairs, new granite-topped dining set for 6, all new master bedroom furniture and King mattress, and new bunk bed and mattresses for 3rd bedroom. The condo is also decked out with all new high-end sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and beach towels. Gradually continuing upgrades, we’ve also replaced the A/C units, installed all new remote-controlled ceiling fans, replaced the washer & dryer, replaced all recessed lighting with LED panel lights, added a new built-in pantry and 30” convection wall oven. (You should note that ovens are somewhat rare in these condos as they were not included in the original construction.) On the patio there is a new full-size stainless-steel grill and a new patio table and chairs…

Oh yeah, we even replaced the front door!

We continue to make upgrades with every visit as we continue to transform our condo into our personal “beachfront paradise” to be enjoyed by all who visit!

She is the “best of the best” in this business and will take great care of all your needs to make this vacation a wonderful experience!

Located right on the beach, Villa Magna Residences is a gated community offering 24-hour security with on-site property administration. We are located a short walk to many incredible restaurants and Paradise Village where you will find grocery stores, shopping, and more restaurants as well as 24-hour medical assistance. We are 15 minutes away from the International Airport and only 20 minutes to downtown Puerto Vallarta by taxi.

Villa Magna Residence Condominiums are located within the recently renamed 'Wyndam Alltra Riviera Naryarit’, an all-inclusive resort. Here you will find full-service restaurants, spa, and gym available to condo guests at a reduced rate should you wish to add these amenities to enhance your vacation experience…these features are available for you to purchase directly from the Dreams hotel after your arrival. The master suite has a King size bed with ensuite, including jacuzzi tub. Glass sliding doors lead directly from the master bedroom to the deck overlooking the infinity pool. The second bedroom also has a King size bed with adjacent bathroom. Perfect for kids, the third bedroom has bunks beds and includes its own full bathroom.

The kitchen comes fully stocked, including refrigerator with filtered water & ice, stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and don’t forget the coffee pot! We’ve also added a new Ninja blender with a dedicated function for making excellent frozen drinks! The unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience and a gas grill for BBQ'ing on the deck while enjoying the spectacular sunsets.

You will enjoy smart flat screen TV's in the living room as well as both of the king bedrooms. High-speed fiber optic internet service with a strong wifi connection is available for your convenience. FREE calling is available to and from the US and Canada through the MajicJack phone. The ocean waves are wonderful for the Boogie boards that are available for you to use. There is nothing you will need to bring except your bathing suit & sunglasses!!
