Beautiful lake view. Conveniently close drive to pictured rocks. Despite there being neighbors, it still felt very secluded.

Me and my family of three kids along with a dog had an excellent time here for a full week. We used the boats to go out on the lake every day. The accommodations for the dog were great, just letting the dog out from its kennel out into the fenced in area each day was a breeze. We loved grilling out on the porch and the view. The space and cool games and books in the cabin helped for fun raining days. Also a great area for taking a run ! We will likely get back to this place some day.P.S. for fishing it seems like it’s a very good pike lake. We caught a few a lot of pan fish, but it can be tricky at times to get them to bite !

Close to everything and Lost Lake is great for early morning kayaking.

4th of July Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay! The property was as described and had lots of extras included. We enjoyed our stay and loved being on the lake. The property manager was automatics emails so can’t say much about communication. We did have a run in with the shower handle falling off during our stay and ended up finding tools to fix it, never heard back from the property manager about it. There also was no working light for the bedroom but didn’t bother asking about it over the holiday. A hose outside by the fire pit would also be nice to put out the fire when its done. Other than those few issues we had a great time and enjoyed being so close to Munising for day trips during our stay.

Great views

Cute cabin in a good location. Had a great time kayaking, going into town for dinner and going on hikes.

The property was exactly as described, it was welcoming and very family friendly. Being able to have our pups and a small fenced in area for them to go outside was definitely a peek! We will be back and highly recommend this location.

Great place to relax

The lake is quiet and far enough from the touristy parts of the area to be peaceful and uncrowded, but close enough to stuff that you're not driving endlessly to get to civilization. The mattresses are super comfortable, and we really had everything we needed to just chill out.

Nice location and place. Great for our little getaway snowmobile Trip. Love how quiet the area is in the winter. If you’re sledding out of this location I have a small 12’ enclosed trailer and it’s a little tight to get into this place. But they did just have a ton of snow dumped on them. Just wanted to say Thanks again. Nice area

Great place!

Very nice place!! I took my boys up here snowmobiling for a long weekend and it was a perfect fit for us! Very clean and the property owner is awesome and very helpful!!

Hi Gina, Glad you enjoyed the cabin. There has been so much rain this year that the lake levels are higher than the last 30 yrs.Sp,me of the residents docks are partly under water. Therefore not much beach, and hard to cut grass in the rain...on the other hand, they are seeing birds that are not common to that area because of the draugts out west. So there is some good with it as well.

North woods retreat

This lake house was cozy on a beautiful north woods lake in Hiawatha National Forest . Close to Munising . Close to Pictured Rocks too. We enjoyed our stay !

Peaceful

It was such a great place! It had everything we needed and we're looking for in a vacation getaway. Perfect views, a place for our dog, and near places we wanted to see. The house was so cute and peaceful!

Very quiet and relaxing.

We had a really nice time. We filled the hummingbird feeder and never seen so many at once really enjoyed watching them. Very quiet and relaxing. We had fun using the row boats too. I would love to stay there again.

Exploring the UP

Lodging was comfortable and we had all we needed. Enjoyed the extras like birdseed, outdoor equipment and kitchen utensils. Didnt get a chance to fish the lake but fished nearby areas.

Lovely view

Perfect getaway. Much better than staying in Munising at a hotel with no view. We sat on the deck every night and it was a relaxing enjoyable time. The cabin is lovely and a perfect size for the 4 of us. I would recommend this to anyone.
