Amazing host and such a warm, welcoming condo! Loved the fresh fruit and water they left for us in the fridge for our arrival, and all the hospitable touches throughout the place. Both mattresses were incredibly comfortable with great linens, and the rain shower-head was AMAZING. We loved our stay!

We were blown away by North Coast Village! This room is just beautiful with an excellent view of the pool and the beach. David and Cindy were very helpful with any questions we had. The entire property is amazing. Built in the late 1970s, it is maintained to perfection. It also has direct access to the beach, without having to cross any streets. We took long walks through the Polynesian gardens where you can see an incredible goldfish water garden with what must be close to 100 enormous fish. At three feet long, these goldfish must be decades old. If you bring some loose quarters for change, you can feed them from dispensers where they all crowd in and practically sit up and beg with hungry open mouths! Adorable! I must say, I’ve been to quite a few famous resorts on the East Coast, and I have never seen anything as magnificent as this property. They say that things are bigger in Texas. It seems to me that things are more like out of a Disney dream in California! I highly recommend considering a stay if you’re going to be in Oceanside! We loved it!

Great accommodations. Extremely clean, well stock and supplied with more than we would have imagined. You can see the ocean and beautiful sunsets from the patio. Great pool, BBQ area and outdoor showers around the property. Walkability was perfect to the Oceanside Harbor, downtown Oceanside and the pier. We were visiting for the 40th annual Longboard Surfing contest which was so much fun!
