Original condo booked - upon arrival, thermostat was not working so after maintenance checked, we were moved to a comparable condo. After that, everything was excellent. No complaints.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay great location every employee was super nice loved every minute and the outdoor pool was like out of magazine. Will DEFINITELY stay there again!!!!!!!!

This property is not worth the money we spent on it. It is in desperate need of a full remodel. It has black mold and everything was filthy, we could not walk around in socks or bare feet.Parts of the refrigerator were broken. Towel racks kept falling off the wall. The caulk in the bathrooms were moldy and the toilet paper holder was being held on the wall with cardboard . They say it has two kings and a queen with a bunkbed, but it is had two kings, a bunkbed, and a full-size bed. Found a pair of women’s dirty underwear under the bed. Hannah offered to refund our remaining days because we complained about it but seriously who’s gonna leave mid vacation? I do not recommend this condo or the company that rents it.

Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in PCB at Shores of Panama. We did speak several times throughout your stay and sent maintenance over to address any concerns you had. The paint is peeling in the corner of the master bedroom wall from an issue on the exterior wall of the building that the HOA is actively addressing-that is why there is construction going on around the resort. Unfortunately not once during our several conversations was anything ever mentioned about hskp issues (only maintenance) which maintenance came and met with you about.

The property was perfect, clean and nice view. Host easy to communicate. Parking garage didn't care for, but easy access to the condo. I would stay again.

The property was very nice! The parking garage is a nightmare! Guest parking has very few spots! Your guest may have to park two, three or maybe 4 levels below or above you! That was frustrating! The elevators were awful, just know! We would stand at times and wait anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Yes stairs are an option but with little kids and beach chairs/toys and everything else climbing 8 flights was not always the best option! The room was the best spot! It is a corner unit, nice balcony and plenty of room inside. It did accommodate our family of 8. Just beware, the bunk beds are very wobbly and move back and forth bad! I was afraid at anytime they were going to fall! One of the slates on the top side rail was not even attached good. I feel like the bunk beds should be mounted to the wall for safety reasons! I know it’s at the beach, but the floors had a good bit of sand still on them when we arrived, luckily there was a broom and was able to clean that up. The kitchen table chairs are very loud when you pull them out to sit down. Kind of felt sorry for the people under us! Like I said plenty of room and besides a few things that could have been cleaned or maintained better it was a decent place to stay.

Awesome vacation

This was our third year at Panama City beach for a summer vacation and our first at shores of Panama. I can’t find any reason to stay anywhere else in the future. It had everything on site. Loved the memories we made.

Family trip

We brought our adult children with our younger. The owner was great. The pool and views was awesome. There was plenty to cook with and accessories big enough for a large family. Of course the ocean was awesome too!

Senior Trip 2022

Everything was great!! Parking passes and wrist bands were readily available once we arrived!!! Property was very clean and accommodating, the teens really enjoyed the balcony!!!

Amazing views

The condo was just as described!! The property was very clean & staff were very friendly. Only negative was the extremely large group of teenagers that congregated on the beach in front of the complex that had massive amount of police present d/t teenagers being unruly. Would stay again just not at spring break .

First time in PCB

We loved this condo and the location. The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The wraparound patio was amazing and had lots of seating! The beds were very comfortable. The access to the parking garage was wonderful and access to the beach was very easy. It was so nice to check in and out without ever dealing with hotel staff. We will definitely be back!!

Nice Condo, Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay in unit 801. Parking was great, right by the room. The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Cons: The pillows aren't the best, bring your own. The icemaker doesn't work. The dining area lights didn't work.

This unit had the prettiest views of the ocean. Easy access to parking with reserved spot on the same level as the condo. We have stayed at Shores of Panama before in different unit but loved this one much more. This unit even included a closet full of beach/sand toys and chairs in case you needed extras. That is something we’ve never had with any condo we’ve stayed in, here or elsewhere. Location is right next door to Pineapple Willys; walking distance to Walmart; and The Wharf for food and light shopping. The pool here is amazing and easy access to the beach. The only issue we found with this unit was the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were very loose/wobbly. For us this wasn’t an issue; we just didn’t use them. But for anyone staying with the full capacity of 10 people might find this to be a problem. Overall I would definitely book this unit again.

Our condo

Overall great!!! Areas for improvement: more elevators More pools or pool chairs Our condo was initially impressive!! Wanted to report the following: We arrived to all dirty dishes. We ran them all through the dishwasher and realized it’s not working properly and so we assumed that the last groups dishes were put away without cleaners noticing they weren’t clean. We did run ours when we left too! 😉 Needs newer bed pilllows for sure. Coffee table isn’t stable, it’s wobbly.

The property was as described very clean ,comfortable ,and well equipped.Location was Great!

My family and I had a great time in Panama City. We enjoyed the condo surroundings and the location next to Pineapple willys. At first we had a discrepancy about views from condo in description, however notified owner and the management was very accommodating and even offered another condo in its place. We decided to stay and we were pleased with the service. I would recommend this condo for families. This resort Shores of Panama with its beautiful pools and right on beach was perfect. Only concerns was elevator waits were long, but to be expected during summer months. However parking location on the same floor as condo was awesome perk. All in all was very pleased. Thank you for making our stay great from accommodations to amenities at resort. Management and owners were easy to work with. Recommend.

Nice Unit - Needs Improvement

Several things didn’t work (tv in front bedroom, broken recliner that I actually fell out of, lights above dining table would not come on). Unit was not clean. After we saw a mouse and started investigating there was food from previous stays under the couch and under a table in the dining area. There was food stuck to the floor from previous stays. The bedspreads had not been washed in a while. I give it an objective 3 overall. Expensive for the level of amenities
