Secluded and spacious lake home in Wisconsin Northwoods

Welcome to Whitetail Lodge at TLC acres. Escape from it ALL! This gorgeous and expansive vacation home offers great lake frontage and a 14 foot pedal pontoon included for your enjoyment. This home has so many amenities and extras, it is hard to list them all.  The main home is a mix of luxury and northwoods retreat.  Enjoy almost 7000 square feet of luxury living in the main home.  Also on the property is a 4 bedrooom apartment allowing plenty of sleeping arrangements for your entire group. Outdoor jaccuzi will help you relax after a long fun day. Enjoy the fully equipped and beautiful workmanship in the kitchen on the main floor connecting to the living room, dining area and poker table.  Cooking for a large group?  You'll appreciate the second full kitchen on the lower level with another living room along with a pool table.  You can listen to the sounds of nature on one of the many large decks around the home.  Just steps out the front door is a large firepit where you can enjoy a cocktail while recallling the fun events of the day.  Or, step down to the lakeside and enjoy the peaceful serenity of the lake and another fire pit.  You can spend hours exploring the 43 acres of wooded privacy that is surrounded by 1,000's of acres of public land.  If hunting is your thing, this vacation home is definitely worth checking out.  If you prefer motorized fun, our private trails through our woods lead directly to miles and miles of public ATV/UTV and snowmobiling trails.   Pence Lake is a small non-motor lake full of Bass, Bluegill, Crappie and Trout, so don' forget your fishing poles!  We also have kayaks and a canoe for cruising around the lake.  The pedal pontoon is also a great way to find the fish or just enjoy a quiet ride around the always peaceful lake.  If pedalling isn't your thing, no worries, you can hook up the trolling motor and buzz around effortlessly.   The only problem you'll find is having to leave when your stay is over.  We promise you'll want to come back soon.

Absolutely beautiful property inside and outside. We had 19 guests and there was plenty of room. Amenities were very nice. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Hope to come back next year.

Perfect lake house

This house is amazing! Very clean, more than enough room for our group of 17, beautiful yard for games, loved all the decks & fire pit. No complaints! We had the lake to ourselves the majority of the time. Plenty of water toys & the peddle pontoon boat & large floating raft was a hit!

This was our 16th annual family vacation and our second summer in a row there. We've never stayed at the same place twice but we enjoyed this place so much. Great home for a large group - well-stocked kitchen for cooking for a lot of people. Lots of lake toys available, outside games, trails, ice cream shops about 20 minutes away. We had four generations, 17 people ages 3-82.

Pence Lake, Deerfield, WI

Our kids and grandchildren stayed for 6 days. 9 adult children and spouses, and 8 grandchildren; 19 in total. It is a great space for spreading out, with 3 Great Room size spaces. Enjoyed swimming and the paddle pontoon, an evening fire in the fire pit as well. Our children are all IT professionals and Starlink is a nice touch. All in all a pleasant stay.

Great place

This place was wonderful. Lots of room inside and outside for all sorts of activities. The area is secluded so you do not need to worry about noise or anything like that. The main house and apartment were in great shape and well maintained. The lake was a great place to relax and float or take out the pedal pontoon. I would highly recommend this place for large groups!

Exceptional Property

The house sits on a quiet small lake and is very peaceful!! The owners provided water toys, there was so much to do outside. We have a large family with small children and had room for everyone! Will definitely come back again!!!

Family reunion

Our family of 20 had a wonderful stay at the house. We loved how spacious it was, with plenty of room to spread out or come together for activities. We had the lake nearly to ourselves and the hot tub and sauna were a big win! The mosquitos were awful so getting out on a hike was hard but there was plenty to do inside or on the water. Would recommend!

Hidden gem

Some of the beds & bedrooms are a bit small, but this property does accommodate quite a few people. The common spaces in the main part of the house are very spacious with lots of dining space. It was great to have the pedal pontoon boat with trolling motor for fishing and the paddle board and kayaks.

Beautiful cleanest place ever!

We have stayed many places and by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The pictures do not do this place justice. Kids and adults enjoyed the lake swimming, fishing, kayaking,and paddle board. Only negative thing I can say was hot tub was filthy couldn't use. I do highly recommend!

Family vacation

The place is amazing!! The host was Great! We had at one point 15 along with younger kids.. the kids enjoyed the lake with all things to use - canoe-paddle boards - kayak and a pantoon boat. We also brought up our Atv and plenty of trails right out ur back. Enjoyed the hot tub and a great area for an outdoor fire- would definitely recommend . Have fun!!!!

A Wonderful Place!

Our 4-generation family of 17 enjoyed our time here so very much and definitely plan to return. The house was very clean, so many rooms, well-supplied kitchen(s), lake toys available, living room and kitchen tables large enough for all of us. We have a hard time finding a place with enough bedrooms for everyone (we need at least 8) and this home worked really well for us. I enjoyed the hummingbirds that always seemed to be there. The pontoon boat, floaties and kayaks were a big hit. Most of the days were spent on the lake. Several in our family enjoyed fishing. We always get ice cream on our vacations and there were several places to choose from about 20 minutes away. Communication with the owners was very efficient - quick replies to any questions we had. One of the best VRBOs we've stayed at.

This property is so impressive it is so difficult to put into words. The pictures are nice but truly doesn't do justice of the real feel. Pence Lake is clear and clean- it is perfect for floating and fishing. The lake is occupied by only eight seasonal homes. The moment you turn off the County Road and find your way to our property it feels as if you've stepped into the lush forrest of the deep woods.

Whitetail Lodge at TLC Acres was created for entertaining. The home will allow your party to relax in the lower level hot tub, play a game of pool, or play cards at the poker table. Whether you snowmobile, or ride the trails in the summer and Fall, the private trails will lead you to the public county trails.
