Beach Gear & Other Essentials: The owner will provide 2 beach chairs and a bassinet that you can use during your stay. We can arrange for the delivery of additional beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Parking: One space in the driveway is allocated exclusively for this unit. Additional parking is available on the street on a first-come, first-served basis.

Comfort and Convenience: Discover this newly renovated 3 bedroom unit on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of Wildwood, designed for comfort, style, and easy coastal living. With a bright, open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas, this unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, ideal for families or groups looking to be close to the beach and boardwalk.

The home includes two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, plus a full/double sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. With two full bathrooms, mornings and post-beach routines are simple and convenient.

The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Additional features include shared BBQ grill, complimentary Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer to help make longer stays more comfortable.

Prime Location: Located just a short walk from the beach, local shops, and the Wildwood Boardwalk, this Atlantic Avenue unit offers quick access to everything Wildwood is known for—sun, sand, dining, and entertainment.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.

Great beach vacation

House was perfect for a short or longer beach trip. Plenty of room and great location that’s a quick walk to the beach, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Fabulous stay

This is a beautiful home, my family and friends had such a great experience staying here. Great location. The staff on Vrbo are great at making sure you are satisfied with your stay! I would definitely book here again!

Sleeps 8, but isn’t designed for 8The biggest issue with this property is that while it technically sleeps eight people, it is not functionally designed for eight people to stay comfortably for more than a very short visit.From the outside, the house appears quite large, but the property is actually divided into three separate apartments. The listing also does not give an accurate impression of the sleeping arrangements. Only one bedroom is pictured. One of the bedrooms consists of twin bunk beds. Bunk setup is particularly tight, with very little clearance—you are likely to hit your head at some point. There is extremely limited storage. Other than the bedroom closets and small nightstands, there are no dressers, shelves, or other places to put belongings. For a property advertised to accommodate eight people, this becomes a significant issue during a multi-day stay.Bathroom showers have rain showerheads with very little flexibility. Because only the far shower door slides, you have to stand directly underneath the showerhead when turning on the water. The shower-door seal also does not sit flush against the wall, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor during use.Although the property is located at the beach and has beach-themed decor, many of the practical features you would expect in a beach rental are missing. There is no entry mat to help contain sand, and only one functioning outdoor shower. Overall:Good Location-Cramped Quarters 6 Adults/2 Todlers

Great Place for Families.

The home was nicely updated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and we enjoyed making and eating breakfast there as well as packing lunches for the beach. Home is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Good communication with the host as well (email and phone contact). We found it easy to find on street parking for our larger vehicle. Great place to stay for our family with teens.

It was Irish Weekend (we knew nothing about this), so North Wildwood was pretty crowded. The walk to the beach, boardwalk, and playground were manageable even for a 4 year old. As for the house itself, the bedrooms were adequate though small; there were no bureaus in which to place clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases. We couldn't find any oven mitts in the kitchen (which was well-equipped otherwise) and the small size skillets should be replaced, as the coating is coming off the inside surfaces. Management company was very responsive when we contacted them regarding some lights that were not working, the AC not working (that's on me, since I missed that the circuit was turned off), and the shower in the bedroom wing leaking out onto the floor. We appreciated them changing the AC return vent filter, which was really dirty; I can send a photo if you'd like.
