Bright and Comfy 2BR Near Downtown and State Fair!
This bright and comfy home is filled with light and in a great location! While quaint and quiet is also close to City Park, trails & recreation, Pueblo Blvd, Elmwood golf course, The Raptor Center, the Rawlings Library and Historic Downtown District, usually packed with friendly people & filled with local artists, good food & drink, shops and stores close by. There are so many places to go explore! We hope we've made spaces easy to relax and enjoy while treating our place like your own!
We will send your check in details, including your door access code 24 hours before your arrival.
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a text or call away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
The entire space and amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Commercial filming or photography is not permitted in the home on the grounds around the home.
Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.
Please acknowledge the following:
1) Our home is PET-FRIENDLY. We are dog lovers! While we do our very best to maintain a clean environment and bedding, it is possible you will occasionally encounter pet hair. People with pet allergies please be aware.
2) Our Large back room or bonus room in the house has a sliding door lock that has been fixed but the door is set to be replaced, so give it some grace! This door leads to the private fenced backyard, outdoor patio and fire-pit. Please lock appropriately or use the side door off the driveway to have access the white gate to the backyard.
3) Please respect that smoking of any kind is Not allowed inside our home.
You are welcome to partake in any legal substances outside, on the back patio. Thank you for being respectful and keeping it outside.
4) We welcome kids of all ages. However, our home is not completely child-proofed. Please be aware when staying with children.
5) If you encounter any problems, please call or text us. We really appreciate all communication from guests. Please communicate any issues so we can do our absolute best to resolve and have your stay can be well enjoyed!
Preferred parking is in the driveway, however you can also park on the street in front of the house.
