Hi Jim, Thank you for returning my phone call to follow up on your review, which was the first 'less-than-perfect' review we received. As discussed, I contacted you the day of your arrival and after your first night to make sure everything is to your liking. However, you did not respond and give me a chance to make it right in 'real time.' We keep all essentials (including paper towels, TP, towels, dishes, glasses, silverware, K-cups, creamer, sugar, shampoos, etc.) in the supply section of the garage and guests are invited to take what they need. For the benefit of readers, Jim's family loved their stay and Jim thanked me for only charging him half ($250) of what I projected it would cost ($500) to heat the pool to 86 degrees for his wife.

Thanks you for your wonderful review. Knowing you loved the gorgeous place, good vibe and your stay was a dream is the best reward for us as hosts. It was truly a pleasure to briefly meet and host you. You and your family were A+ guests. Please come again.

I am sad and so sorry that you did not get to enjoy our Villa to the fullest extent possible. I so wish you would have contacted me right away with the issues you described as they would have been remedied within minutes and made your stay perfect. Although no one has ever complained about lack of privacy, there is a big blackout roll up blind that covers the mentioned huge window and provides total privacy. The A/C setting can easily be changed (and we have ceiling fans in every bedroom and living room). We have a stack of fresh clean towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and many other common household items available for our guests on the supply shelf in the garage.
