The game table is a fun and entertaining space with a view of the river --perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. Located on historic St. Leonard's Creek, Martin’s Landing, offers stunning sunsets and relaxing and quiet mornings. It is an easy 70-90 minute drive from Washington, DC and Annapolis areas. It is a 20 minute drive to Solomon’s Island -- where you can explore the Calvert Marine Museum, the boardwalk, the Tiki Bar, the sculpture garden and much more.

Recently listed and fully remodeled, this beautiful waterfront offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, breakfast table, counter and living area are open concept. With several seating areas, guests can spend time all together or spread out and enjoy smaller groupings of seating, Two large smart-TVs are in the house for movie-nights. This airy, bright house has lots of natural light throughout! There is free high-speed WiFi in the house.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and offers Thermador appliances and spacious counters, making Martin's Landing the ideal location to cook and relax with friends and family.

Two queen beds are in the spacious main-level bedroom. A main-level 1/2 bath is near the kitchen. Three more large bedrooms are upstairs so the house offers guests privacy during their stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite as well as plenty of closet and storage space

The upstairs primary bedroom has a river view, a private den area with a television to lounge or to work.

Martin's Landing faces west and offers fabulous sunset views across the Saint Leonard Creek. The spacious private dock is the perfect place to launch your water toys, sip on your morning coffee and evening beverage, or read a book lounging in the breeze -- all while listening to the sounds of nature. Osprey, Bald Eagles and Great Blue Heron are regulars on the Creek.

For the times you don't feel like cooking, Martin's Landing is a 5-minute walk to Vera's Restaurant and Marina. Or hop in your car and enjoy the local restaurants in Lusby and Solomon's Island.

Books and games are in the house for you to use. Additionally, 4 kayaks, 2 bicycles and a paddle board are provided for guests to enjoy. Very Important note: There is no lifeguard. You swim, kayak, paddle board at your own risk. Please properly stow away water toys after use. Lifejackets are provided and required when on the water!

A complete picnic basket is in the kitchen pantry for you to use and enjoy at the local beaches, parks or on the dock. Please be sure to clean, dry and return all the items to the basket for the next guests to use.
