This ground floor three bedroom is located within a mile from highly sought after Coligny Plaza. With a convenient location directly across from the pool through the patio and two master beds/bathrooms, this fully updated unit truly has the feeling of a “home away from home”. Guests can park directly in front of the unit in one of the designated spaces. Through the covered entry, the storage closet, provided for beach, golf, or tennis storage items is directly to your left.

Light and airy, the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser that provide ample storage space. Furnished with a King Sized bed and brand new smart Roku TV and adjoined to a large ensuite bath, the room is comfortable and receives plenty of natural light from the oversized windows.
