Bill, Thank you for your feedback on our place, we are sorry you experienced this during your stay. We provide an emergency line for after hours and at any point, you cannot reach the manager.

Heather: We apologize that you felt your stay was less than satisfactory. In the Welcome email you reviewed prior to arrival, we provide information on our reception center, including the address and hours of operation. We also list amenities offered to our guests. The description of the unit you book and your individual needs help determine what amenities you may want to utilize. We have staff on call twenty-four hours a day, and were able to dispatch maintenance staff within a few minutes of your call. We apologize that the alarm went off due to a battery issue. We will have maintenance staff evaluate the toilet. If you feel you would like to discuss your stay further, please contact us. We value all of our guests’ input. Laura
