Steps to Old Town Scottsdale, our beautiful two-story townhouse, appropriately named Scott Place, is the perfect location for you and your guests to experience all the best the city has to offer. This property has a resort-type feel as you experience many top amenities with Camelback Mountain as your backdrop. Located directly across the street from Fashion Square Mall plus within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, art galleries, local attractions, and more.

Space Details
We understand where you stay can greatly impact your travel experience which is why we have worked diligently to think of everything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Our unit provides two bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with one king bed and a view of Camelback Mountain. The unit also offers 1 1⁄2 half bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, dining for six, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, a smart Ecobee thermoset, Amazon Alexia, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room that will make you feel like you never left home. The back patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day, while the grounds and heated pools are well manicured and maintained. There is one designated covered parking spot and ample visitor parking. Our property is always professionally cleaned between guest visits.

Other things to note
After booking, you will receive a welcome packet with the information needed during your stay and recommendations of our favorite spots around town. The unit has keyless entry allowing for personalized key code access. If you have any questions, send us a message via the app, and we will promptly respond to you. Great property. Very clean, usable space. All the amenities I needed for the week. Excellent location minutes and walkable to all the Scottsdale hot spots. Pool was clean and close to the unit. Parking was steps away, super convenient. Owner is very informative and comprehensive with their instructions. I had zero issues the whole week. Bed is also very comfortable. Had an excellent week of sleep banked for the crazy holiday season. Will stay again.

Best VRBO I have ever stayed in! A spacious, high-end townhome in a perfect location just across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Mall so it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Very quiet. I loved having the bedrooms upstairs so I could wake up early and make coffee without bothering anyone. Owners quickly responded to my questions. I will be back!

We were coming to Scottsdale before flying out of Phoenix, this was a nice, clean, quiet spot to touch down. My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed some time at the pool.

The home met our needs for a short 2-night stay. It was comfortable and clean. The pool was convenient and quiet/relaxing complex. Snacks were a nice touch.

Enjoyable Spring Training Home Base

Overall enjoyed our stay over spring training. Would recommend for anyone looking for a home base for Old Town, Spring Training, golf etc. I’d give 4.5 stars if that were an option. I’d give a strong sleep score. Most important to me in a VRBO is quiet and comfortable for sleep.This condo is off/away from streets and was quiet in the evenings for sleeping. I found the mattress and pillow comfortable. It’s an end unit so increases likelihood of avoiding noisy neighbors - we didn’t hear anything while we were there. Location was excellent. You can walk to old town and restaurants which is nice to avoid getting in the car and if you prefer to drive there is a ton close by. For ballparks you have Talking Stick and Scottsdale Stadium super close by. Condo was very well done with tasteful decoration and new fixtures throughout. Was as advertised. Entire place was very clean and it seemed like they had put in effort to make it comfortable and welcoming. The complex itself is typical feels pretty typical for the area. Not a resort but well maintained. Pool area is fine for a dip. We were mostly looking for a home base to hit ballgames and it worked well for that. Communication with owners/managers was very timely, effective, and I got all the information I needed for check in and they were responsive when I pinged about recycling. They were kind enough to allow us to check out an hour late as well which was appreciated. Overall thumbs up!

Nice townhouse in a great location

If you are wanting to explore old Scottsdale and rather stay away from the hotels then this is a solid option. .9 miles away from the middle of all the bars and restaurants. Overall a great experience

Best VRBO experience to date

Beautiful property that was even better in person. Great location for shopping, dining, and hiking. Amanda was quick to respond to my inquiries and was even able to modify our stay at the last minute and extend our stay (which was the best decision ever). We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip back to Arizona.

Great Townhome

This is a wonderful updated townhome weve now stayed at twice. Didn’t use the pool as it was just too hot outside (115°) but looks nice. One reserved covered parking spot but lots of visitor parking. Bed was super comfortable.

Great place

This is a 2 story condo in a great location close to stores and restaurants. Unit is fully updated with bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Kitchen is very organized and clean. Extra plus was covered parking for one car. We were super comfortable here. Didn’t have a chance to check out the pool.
