Welcome to One South Lumina, a prime location and Oceanfront building on Wrightsville Beach!
The Starfish Suite 101 balcony offers ocean views overlooking Stone St. Located on the first floor, one level up from the street. There is parking for 2 cars.
This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. Steps to the beach, restaurants & shops.

There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.
Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach.
You will have exclusive access to the condo unit.
POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY
Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.
You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required

Check OUT is before 11AM
In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this.

Absolutely amazing location, everything within walking distance and beach was great. Ok view from balcony but you can catch a glimpse of the beach and the shenanigans on the street (fun people watching). The sofa needs help tho, it sags like a whale sat in the middle, but overall we had a good time.

Clean and comfortable

The condo was perfect for our needs. We came for a wedding with extra activities and the condo was in a perfect location plus right on the beach! If we had an hour to spare we walked right onto the beach and watched the surfers, kids playing, volleyball and those beautiful waves coming onto the beach. This condo was clean, comfy and had two parking spaces!!

The property has an excellent location steps from the beach and near family-friendly restaurants. It was clean and had all listed amenities available. My Vacation

Enjoyed my stay. The condo could use a refresh. Bathtub needs to have some sort of slip mat and maybe a handrail. The dryer might need a new heating element took forever for clothes to dry.

Dirty and underwhelming

Place had dust everywhere , bed had sand in the sheets - clearly not changed - floors were dirty, shower had dirt in it too. Check in instructions not sent , had to call every number under the sun and do my own research to find someone to give me instructions well after check in. No shampoo, conditioner , dishwasher soap, or detergent and only half a roll of toilet paper. Toilet stopped working and no plunger available. Overall gross and lacking basics for an easy weekend stay. The whole point of rentals like this is to stay at a home away from home and not worry about basic needs for quick travel. This place was not that. Just so underwhelming for the cost and no consideration for my stay-I never heard back from anyone afterwards. I didn’t eventually get a hold of someone on a completely different number than instructed by VRBO. Never complained on any app before but I actually should request some kind of refund for how bad it was.
