Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by some items not being available. It would be the decision of the owner to provide beach towels or beach chairs. Due to food safety concerns, coffee, condiments, spices, etc. are normally not provided. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping leaves a limited amount/starters of such supplies as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. Whitney, We are sorry that the unit fell short of your expectations. We have had an inspector verify that the doors are functioning properly. We have also verified the structural integrity of the deck. The owner is in the process of upgrading and updating the deck over time and at the beginning of the season, the bottom floor deck was redone. The shower hardware has been repaired and we've added some Damp Rid to the downstairs to tackle the beachfront moisture that these units tend to get.
