Fantastic location, gorgeous open fire & such thoughtful touches. Beautifully decorated for Thanksgiving & Christmas… with a wonderful hamper of goodies on arrival. We loved it & hope to return next year.

Loved our stay in Falmouth here in Mili’s! The home was a perfect space for our group of 5 and our niece loved all the board games. Location was perfect - close to a bunch of restaurants and we rented bikes for the weekend to take over to Woods Hole! Highly recommend & would return :)

Perfect location!

This home has historical charm with all the desirable updates. A peaceful location close to downtown Falmouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Short Falmouth vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Very close to downtown and has everything you need. Beautifully decorated and spotless. We would definitely stay again.

47 Main Street, Falmouth was a great location!

My 3 sisters and I celebrated our annual reunion here and it was perfect! A great location with access to great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches. The accommodations were very comfortable, very clean, and more than we expected!

Loved our stay. Location couldn’t be better. Clean, new everything. Only downside was no first floor bathroom and we were all older and missed that convenience

Girls weekend

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, but still very quiet location. Owner dining and site recommendations were spot on. We took in quite a few and were not disappointed!

Fantastic stay!

My husband, our 11 month old, and my mother stayed here over Labor Day weekend. It was a fantastic trip. The place is in a great location right near the main street - and it is also walkable to beaches. The place was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful location

The place was overall great! The location, outdoor space, living area and kitchen were terrific. The twin bedroom beds had very spongy mattresses which were uncomfortable for us. The sink in that bathroom was unusually small and a bit challenging to use properly. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall a wonderful stay.

The location was great - short walk to restaurants, short walk to bike rentals and then ride down a paved trail to Woods Hole for lunch or to get the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The house is adorable, comfortable and has everything you need. We had coffee on the patio (cushions provided but not shown in my photo) and played board games at night. Honestly it’s even better and more spacious than the photos reflect.

Memorable

Beautiful spot. As described on VRBO site. Came for celebration of my father’s life of 103 years. A busy, and hectic weekend packed full emotional ups and downs. The property was the perfect place to regroup and relax and recharge. Wonderful place to stay.

We were looking for the perfect place to stay for our wedding week - and found it! The space is charmingly decorated, super-comfortable (air conditioning, fans, beds, pillows, fluffy towels) and the kitchen is outfitted with high-quality dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Mili responded to our few questions immediately. A second wedding for us both, we wanted to be in lovely surroundings convenient to the church grounds where we said our Vows. Our kids stayed at the Inn on the Square and we walked to dinners, shops, the hair salon (Bellezza - great for wedding blowouts). Cheers to Hatch House - we will be back!

Great Falmouth Spot

Fast communications every time was very nice to experience. Location is great. Loved the place. Would have given 5 stars but the twin bedroom had no A/C so I had to leave the door open and use a fan to pull in cool air. Privacy was a minor issue because anybody that might be sleeping in the TV room had to go into a bedroom to use the bathroom. Overall a great experience.

End of summer vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Mili was easy to communicate with and flexible. The house was very clean which is hugely important to us and reflected the listing as described. The location is beautiful and an easy and idyllic walk to Main Street. Our only recommendation is that a larger bed be provided in the upstairs bedroom and better quality sheets. The room can accommodate a larger bed and it would make it much more comfortable. Regardless, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend staying there.

This is a great location. It's walking distance to restaurants, shops and bike trail. Condo was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. One concern is that bath tubs could use bath mats and grab bars for improved safety. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was in the perfect location for our girls’ weekend in Falmouth. We loved the proximity to shops/dining and especially enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful outdoor space for enjoying our morning coffee and pastries. The home is immaculate and well-stocked; our only suggestion would be a full-length mirror. The host recommendations were spot on. We had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Cozy Christmas!

We had a great stay! Wonderful, simply decorated, very clean and cozy historic property in a lovely neighborhood next to the village green and a very short walking distance to downtown Falmouth shops and restaurants. Loved the wood fireplace. Mila was a great host, very responsive and communication was easy. Lovely new kitchen with everything we needed. I hope to return! Thank you Mila!

Great location-watch your head

We enjoyed our stay. Crisp and clean in a great spot. Be aware though, upstairs is tight. Small bathrooms and low ceilings. We have a tall crew—most above 6’2” and had to duck down. No washer/dryer in unit. We made the most of if it and would gladly stay there again!.
