VRBO was great!It was very comfortable and in a convenient location. Very quiet. It had everything that we needed, including a nice deck to sit on to eat in the evening or just enjoy the view.

This beautiful, cozy cabin is everything you could hope for to enjoy your stay in Asheville. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lovely wrap around porch. It is easy to get to downtown Asheville and all the local attractions either by car or by Uber. This was perfect for our girls weekend!

Perfect location, situated between Black Mnt & Asheville! Maria was very easy to communicate with & responded to questions very promptly! The outdoor deck area was very enjoyable for evening drinks..(was still a bit chilly in the mornings to have coffee as we were there during a cool snap of late Spring). Kitchen had everything needed to cook at home & a few spices too. (Although we ate out most of our time here). Was perfect size for the 4 of us adults as we each had our own bathroom area without having to share. We even got a good glimpse of a large bear less than a half mile from the cabin on our way home one evening! Another great stay in Asheville!

Great location near Black Mountain and Asheville. The cabin was only 20 minutes to five great breweries on rhe South Slope of Asheville. Would definitely stay there again. The host was very responsive to all our communication which was greatly appreciated.

This cabin was a total vibe of love and relaxation! So many beautiful details and personal touches and artwork made the stay extra special! We had a great stay and the cabin was well stocked and clean. Our only suggestions would be to work on the water pressure on the main level bathroom, an mow the property in the areas around the back patio and the fire pit area. With small kids, we didn’t feel safe with them outside as we couldn’t see through the tall grassy areas. I would also suggest updating the description to include that one of the rooms is a loft area with no privacy, while we were able to make this work, it may not be suitable for other guest. We really enjoyed all of the seating available on the porch, the decor was very cute, our children loved the games that were available, and we had plenty of towels and kitchen items needed for preparing meals.

Loved the cabin- super clean and comfortable! The Nespresso machine and milk frother were a delectable treat. Maria was so sweet to bring us some firewood and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. This was the perfect spot for our annual girls’ trip!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, the decorations and plants were so cute, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook our meals. Loved the fire pit and Adirondack chairs (with cupholders!), games, and the view from the deck!

Cabin is set up very well- 3 levels- very clean & modern for a cabin Everything you need is there Location is great for any nearby attractions Only complaint is that the “advertised” Mountain View’s are pretty much obscured by trees. Lots of weeds around cabin. Overall, great place to stay

The long range Mountain Views are there and are definitely available to be viewed in the spring, fall and winter as mentioned in the description on VRBO. The wildflowers and native plants 🌱 🌸🌼🦋☀️🐝provide a wonderful natural private landscape for pollinators. What may be considered weeds by some are actually food, medicinal and very beneficial to the environment. We grow wine berries, mint, elderberry, blackberries, day lilies, and bee balm to name a few of the many native plants on the property. Maria, a native of New Orleans claims Asheville as her home. She moved to Asheville in 1993, finished her art degree at UNCA and met her partner, Wann in the dance community. Maria has three children. Their newest family member, Soma fills each day with laughter! When she's not playing with her family, Maria is selling real estate....helping clients, family and friends find their dream property! Rainbow Mountain Cabin is your Brand New, Modern, North Carolina Mountain Retreat! Massive, wide and spacious covered, wrap-around porch for dining outside or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening with sunset, blue mountain views! Listen to the sounds of the birds and cows during the day and the frogs and owls at night. Lots of windows, vaulted ceilings and light cabin wood make this cabin a happy and bright inviting place to stay! Each bedroom has comfortable queen-sized beds and bedding and there is a master suite on the main and downstairs. The loft upstairs has a sitting area and is used as a third bedroom. The open kitchen, dining room, living room on the main opens up to the large massive out door deck by way of French doors and allows room for everyone to enjoy the cool mountain air! The cabin has excellent AC, high speed WiFi, washer and dryer on the main level and brand new stainless appliances (dishwasher, electric oven/range, microwave and fridge with ice maker). There is an additional patio with hammocks on the lower level, a wildflower garden, as well as, a second living room space and table to use your computer or play games. There are plenty of areas outside on the covered deck to relax and have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning or do yoga/meditation. It’s a true getaway place only 12 to 15 minutes to downtown Asheville yet you feel like your worlds away! Should you need accommodations for more friends or family....be sure to check out the nearby Hummingbird Healing Cabin very similar in style....only it's a studio cabin for one or two people and it's right next door! This cabin is one of Swannanoa’s best kept secrets!!! It’s in a great location just off the beaten path and yet super close to anything you could want or need!

The cabin is 15 minutes from Asheville and surrounded by 200 acres of untouched forest…

We are Located in the Buckeye Cove Community just east of downtown Asheville. Private, peaceful, country mountain setting…drive past horses and farms with cows to a neighborhood of homes that are all on large lots. You will have both close mountain and long range Blue Mountain Views from the cabin, as well as, Spectacular Sunset View’s from the massive covered front porch! It’s the first cabin in the neighborhood. You’ll love the easy, level parking (up to 4-5 cars) and no need for 4-wheel drive! Less than 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, Warren Wilson College, Black Mountain and the Biltmore Estate!
