Cute decor and great location but tiny, filthy bathroom with window that wouldn't close, and kitchen was tiny, window blind dirty, with dead bugs. Pool was about the size of a large whirlpool. No elevator... lots of steps and they were dirty. No text or email to tell us how to get access; I had to call. We have lived on Key Biscayne in the past and stayed elsewhere happily. Won't return to this place!

We appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom, and we want to let you know that since your visit, we’ve renewed the windows and doors in the apartment to ensure better comfort and safety. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we are constantly working with our team to maintain a high standard across all areas of the apartment. Regarding the kitchen, while it is compact, it is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, and many of our guests have found it convenient and functional. We’re glad you found the location and decor appealing, and we hope those aspects added some enjoyment to your stay. As for the pool, we understand expectations can vary, and while it isn’t a lap pool, many of our guests have enjoyed it for its relaxing atmosphere and pleasant size. The building does not have an elevator, but there are only two floors and a short flight of approximately seven steps to reach the apartment. We strive to communicate this clearly in our listing so that guests can plan accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of access instructions. We usually send this information ahead of arrival, and we regret that this was missed in your case. We are reviewing our communication process to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. We’re grateful for your feedback, as it helps us improve. Check in process was not clear and was hard to find parking for the unit and no door handle to get into door also made it hard. Tried contacting host because of troubles did not hear back until next morning. Once in unit there was no toilet paper had to go get some. Host did offer to pay me back after assuring me there was toilet paper. I declined. From pictures seemed like there was 2 bedrooms but there was only 1 bed and a futon may need to consider this if staying with a family of 4. Overall just not a good experience.
