Newly renovated house with brand new salt swimming pools/spa with Sun exposure. Designed to embrace indoor and outdoor living. The spacious 3 bedrooms, nap room with extra two twins size beds, 2 bathrooms home comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee area and outside grill.

We had a wonderful stay! Our kids spent loads of time in the beautiful pool and grownups really enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were super comfy. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!

Excellent Property - Highly Recommend

The house is exactly as advertised and in in incredible location with an easy walk into downtown Sarasota. We had a brilliant 2 week stay here and have no complaints at all - highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a great time, we are a family of 6 and we were able to have a lot of fun with plenty of space for everyone to have the ability to be comfortable anywhere in the home. We soaked up lots of sun by the pool, we really enjoyed Sarasota location because it was easy to get pretty much anywhere from any direction. We would absolutely love to stay again and look forward to our next vacation.

Amazing Vaction

This place was absolutely perfect. Had two families of 4 with teens and we enjoyed every minute of it!! The outdoor space is amazing and plenty of privacy and comfort inside the home. Close to Siesta Key which the teens loved! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent neighborhood, clean home, close to everything

We were very pleased with our stay! The house is clean and the pool is incredible. The house seemed to be recently renovated, although a bit sparsely furnished. You can’t beat the neighborhood, proximity to downtown and beaches and the backyard oasis. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

Stayed here with two other couples for a wedding and it could not have been more perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to get ready and sleep. And when the time came to relax, the backyard was the perfect place to do so. We loved our time here!

Great spot

Private, convenient, quiet,and well appointed—and a good value. This is just a wonderful place to stay. Comfortable beds, one of the best equipped kitchens I have encountered, great internet. Stylish and—important to us—easily baby proofed. We will certainly be back!

Perfect Stay

Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood close to downtown Sarasota. Dagmara, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was fabulous. They even had backpack chairs for a trip to Siesta Key. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. It was in a quiet area and very nice neighbourhood with lots of gorgeous villas around, but close to the beach and all restaurants. The backyard and pool were ideal. Dagmara (the host) was very helpful for checking in or when we needed something. We would definitely stay there again. Well worth the money!

Excellent!

The house is very comfortable with everything we needed including laundry, bikes and beach gear. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and safe. The house manager was incredibly helpful whenever we had a question. But it’s the pool and hot tub that make this place great. We spent most of our time outside by the pool and loved every minute!

Two weeks at Harbor Acres

Very nice house with an amazing renovation. Key point was the pool and hot tub. Stayed there most of the time! upscale neighborhood. near everything! Going back for 3 weeks next year instead of two.

Cute home, great pool and spa

Cute renovated home with nice backyard scenery and in a very high end neighborhood. Great location with a great pool and spa. There were some issues with worms in the house and the toilet backing up. Response time with the property manager very quick. Easy access to local shopping and restaurants.

Great home in a superb location!

My husband and I and our two kids 22 & 25 stayed at this home over Christmas and it was wonderful! The house was just as it was presented online. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fabulous and the neighborhood was gorgeous. We used the bikes provided to ride around the community, and there were several quaint shopping/restaurant areas close by, as well as a fabulous botanic garden down the street. Just perfect for our family.

Beautiful home in a spectacular neighborhood!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home! It was a short weekend stay and unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the gorgeous pool, but we had a wonderful time. The house was clean and comfortable. My kids especially enjoyed the basketball hoop and the reclining couch ;) we also drove around the neighborhood and admired all the beautiful homes. My sister lives in the area so we’ll definitely be looking to come stay again in the future. Thank you!

Amazing Host and House Manager

We had a great experience at this beautiful property. Margaret was kind enough to let us check out early and she was very responsive with the questions I had prior to booking. House Manager, Dagmara, sent a very detailed message with all house instructions. She even mailed a few items that we accidentally left in the house, which we were so appreciative of. I will recommend this property to any friends who are traveling to Sarasota in the future.

Wonderful!

My husband and I chose this property for a relaxing getaway. We had an excellent stay! Home is well appointed and so comfortable, in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood great for walking. It's also very close to downtown and Sarasota's notable restaurants. Check-in/out was seamless, the house was immaculate, and we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub, both very well kept and we were able to control the temperature easily. When we had a question and had to text the property manager, she responded immediately. Super friendly and professional! It was nice to have the good quality beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that were provided for the days we went to the beach. Can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful Sarasota Location

My family just spent a week in this lovely home. The location could not be more perfect. We were able to enjoy beach days at Lido Key, Siesta Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. St. Armand Circle and the Sarasota marina are within minutes of the home. There is more than enough to do in the area that we did not miss staying directly on the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice for relaxing evenings in. The beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were adequate. We had a couple small hiccups but the house manager Dagmara was wonderful to deal with and provided quick responses. Walking in the neighborhood and admiring the beautiful homes is a must in the evenings. We also enjoyed walking the Ringling bridge to Bird Key. There are dozens of wonderful restaurants in the area.

Wonderful 4 Week Winter Getaway

My wife and I rented this house from Feb 22 - Mar 22. We had a great time the whole time. The house was spacious and very clean. Dagmara, the house manager, was very helpful and quickly responded with any questions or needs. The place is very comfortable, and having the pool and spa in the backyard was an incredible plus. We used the bikes, shot hoops in the driveway, grilled in the backyard some evenings and enjoyed strolling the incredible neighborhood with luxury homes and incredible landscaping. Sarasota is a great town, and the house is convenient to so many things, which we experienced...beaches, museums, botanical gardens, aquarium, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing charters. We had some family with us for one of the weeks, and they enjoyed the house and Sarasota as much as we did (sometimes just chilling by the pool/spa). We were sad to leave and to return to the chilly northeast. We do hope to return.

Clean, spacious, beautiful, perfect!

We were visiting from Colorado and our parents drove down from New Jersey. Such a clean, modern, and well appointed home to spend time in together. We absolutely loved everything about the house and would most definitely return again! It was so wonderful to have such personal attention from the house manager, Dagmara, who was an excellent communicator, as she agreed to meet my 76-year-old parents to let them in and show them the features of the home, before we arrived. What a lovely surprise to find treats, and a bottle of wine, upon our arrival! There were beach chairs, baking supplies for us to make a birthday cake, brand new bicycles, basketballs, and everything we could possibly need. The pool was luxurious, the towels and linens were clean, and the location was perfect for attending my daughter’s art school family weekend. So convenient to the beach, eating in downtown Sarasota, and the airport. Thank you for having my family in your beautiful home. :)

Needs improvement

House is in a great location. Floors, decor, garage, pool, and tiles were nice. Toilets, sinks and open space were clean. Plenty of towels, closet space and hangers. The windows and doors were old - sills & door jams dirty. Two windows were cracked open upon our arrival-can't see. We brought a box of cookies and left it on the counter - morning the counters/cookies were covered in thousands of ants. Things can get in through old doors. Behind tables, couches are dirty. 3 pods left instead of a full box. The garbage outside had the most rancid smell/covered in bugs. We took out both bins on garbage day. The water never really got hot- only to notice the hot water heater was on the lowest setting. Temperature setting is covered with painters tape. We turned the water heater on a higher setting and then put it back to low when we left. Also the water pressure in the showers is terrible. Hot water different directions in each sink /shower in bathrooms. There are no shower doors. The pool had some moss like things all around the bottom corners. Pool floats need to be replaced -coming apart. Weeds growing between pavers, walkway/driveway, backyard.The worst part is the Air Conditioner - it can't keep up with the FL heat. We set it to 70 and left every shade down all day/night. The temperature ranged from 76 degrees to 79 degrees at 10PM! By morning it got down to temp. I think with some improvements this can be a better rental. can't write full review -ltd1500 characters.

Our family of 7 had a great stay! Our kids are ages 8 to 16. We all enjoyed the space inside the house. The pool was a hit. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed our 20-25 min walk to Marie Selby botanical gardens. We would stay again :)
