Come relax and enjoy Ventura from this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse in the heart of Midtown.

You’ll be in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that’s just minutes from the beach, downtown, great restaurants, and local coffee shops.

The townhouse is fully furnished and thoughtfully set up to make you feel right at home. You’ll have:

A fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in

Your own laundry room for added convenience

AC units in each bedroom to keep things comfortable. The living room and the rest of the rooms are equipped with central fan.

Easy parking and a peaceful setting to unwind after a day out.

Unit shares a wall with the unit nextdoor.

Very close to the beach, downtown, shops, restaurants. Only 30 minutes from Santa Barbara & Carpinteria. Approximately 1.5 hour to Los Angeles.

Recently undergone a major renovation this 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms townhouse offers remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathrooms, new flooring, etc.

Ensuit primary bedroom offers a comfortable Cal King bed and 65" Smart TV. Second ensuit bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed and a 35" TV.

Self-check in, high speed wifi, 55" Samsung TV in the Livingroom, Cookware, Nespresso machine, blender provided.

This is a Tri-plex with an attached unit and a separate unit in the back. Though we love and adore children we kindly and respectfully ask our wonderful guests with children to be mindful nextdoor neighbors. No running around indoor plzzz 😁🙏 Many thanks!!!!!!!

The location was great. Very nice, cute neighboorhood, close to amenities. Loved having 2 suites with their own bathrooms, worked perfect for two couples.

Hosts were so gracious and actually allowed us to check in early. The condo was immaculate and super comfy. We will absolutely use this condo again if we end up back in Ventura!!

Very clean and well appointed property. Be aware there is no central AC, but there are window units in the bedrooms, and Ventura usually has a mild climate. The kitchen is very well stocked. Parking is street parking but was always available. Host was very responsive.

It’s a lovely property - very clean, with a beautiful kitchen, cute decor and very comfortable beds. There were a few issues - smoke alarm went off when the shower was running and the master bathroom faucet didn’t drain well - which the host shared they would remedy for the next visitors. Overall, the property was a an excellent value and well located.

Ventura Townhouse

Great location in quiet neighborhood a short distance from harbor and beaches. Clean and comfortable home with friendly and very accommodating host. Will definitely stay again if visiting Ventura again.

Weekend in Ventura

Pristine little home, very appropriate for 3 adults - all accommodations were available. Very close to neighbors, but it was a very friendly, quiet neighborhood. This location was so close to all our destinations - the beach, downtown, eating places, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Family gathering

The location was perfect. It’s close to the beach, Main Street, and the freeway. The VRBO was in excellent condition. Everything you need for a short or long stay.

Lovely home in Ventura

This house was perfect for 2 adult couples for a short weekend. Beautiful inside and out and close to everything- the beach, restaurants, shops. We will definitely be back! Communication with the host was also super quick and helpful.

A charming place and neighborhood

The hosts have thought of every little thing to help guests be comfortable in this charming home and neighborhood. The home is immaculate and well appointed. The place is handy to get into town, go to the beach, with shopping nearby. We plan to return.

The good: House was very clean. Host was super responsive. The bad: This is listed as a bungalow, but it's a duplex with a converted garage in the back. This means there are 3 tenants in a really small space. We have had issues in the past where we only had a barn door between the owners and us, which let thru every sound. Since then, we have tried to reserve places that are the entire house. When we go on vacation, we want privacy. There was also an a/c unit in the master window so it was always open. One morning, when we slept in , we were hearing the garage can being taken right by our window and people talking on the driveway. The listing says there is parking but it is street parking. For us, this was not a good house. If privacy isn't a big issue for you then this house might be just right.

I had also done my best to make it clear in the listing that the property is a duplex with a shared wall. Having said that, I revised the description and made it even more clear that there are 2 other units, although its usually very quiet, so future guests are not misunderstood and have the right expectations when they arrive. Great clean little house!

The house is a great, clean little house. Had everything you need. Beds are super comfy, host is literally next door if you need anything. Super clean, very well stocked. Quite neighborhood in the evening. Close to the pier. I would love to stay again if they fixed 2 things that made the visit uncomfortable. (1) no extra TV in any other room/bedroom. So everybody watches the same TV/show (2) just a love seat sofa to sit on in the living room, when the room could support a 3 cushion sofa. So if 4 people actually stayed (no issue for us we only had 2 people) at the house 1 person would have to sit on a barstool all evening to watch tv.

Most neighbors have lived in the area for many years and it is a friendly and family oriented neighborhood. We love it!!
