With sweeping views of the surrounding Hill Country from the upper and lower decks and a quiet, serene location, this spacious home offers the perfect family- and dog-friendly getaway. It’s an easy drive to the restaurants and shops of Jonestown and Austin, and you also have lake access a little over a mile away and a community pool. At home, grab some coffee and start the day on the upper deck if you’re seeking shade or the lower deck if you’re looking for sun.

Inside, you’ll find soaring ceilings, lots of natural light, and an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining. The modern kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and the whole gang can eat together in the formal dining room. Unwind in the central air-conditioning while you stream the latest release or upload the day’s pics to social media. When you get sleepy, well-appointed bedrooms await, with the primary bedroom enjoying direct deck access and an en suite bathroom. With so much space to spread out and such a private, bucolic location, the only question left is how many extra days to book.

The shared pool is a short drive away. The pool is open May 31 through August 20.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for this property, so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true water level during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
