The space
This home was just built at the beginning of this year and offers a very nice place to come home and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dinning area sets the stage for memorable evenings. The open concept floor plan is light and bright yet cozy.

Retreat to 4 comfortable bedrooms at the end of your day. You'll also find a working space with a comfortable desk and chair in the front bedroom.

When you walk down the hall you will come to the huge master bedroom which includes a premium 12" king bed and a luggage rack to conveniently put your suitcase. Next to the bed is an oversized mirror for checking out just how good you look after getting ready!

★ MASTER BATHROOM ★
The master bathroom has a beautiful two-sink vanity with a huge shower/tub. Under the sink you'll find a steamer for your clothes and a hair dryer.

★ FRONT BEDROOM ★
The front bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed and a bunkbed with two twins. This room also has a luggage rack for your suitcase.

★ BEDROOM 3 AND 4 ★
The third and fourth bedrooms also have queen size beds with a cozy nightstands and luggage racks for your suitcases. The nightstands have a USB and standard plug to charge your phone and there is a dedicated work space with desk as well.

★ AIR MATTRESS ★
Premium double thick air mattress available for setup if you have more than 10 guests.

★ BACKYARD ★
The backyard has a nice patio with propane BBQ to cook whatever you'd like. There's also cornhole in the backyard to have some fun at the end of your day! The rest of the yard is fenced in nicely with enough room for your pet to roam around.
Guest access
There is a smart lock that makes it convenient and simple for you to access the home during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and garage.

-Each pet requires pre-approval and a $50 pet cleaning fee. Please acknowledge before bringing a pet

-Air mattress available for 7th bed if you have more than 10 guests. Please note this in your reservation to allow for setup.

-There are exterior cameras on the property
