Incredible, finely decorated apartment, located in Condomínio Paraíso dos Corais in front of the best beach in Guarajuba! The Condominium, in addition to being right on the sand, has a structure worthy of a resort: 24-hour security, reception, 2 swimming pools (adult and children), sauna, bar and restaurant service, children's playground, outdoor gym, ice machine and direct contact with nature.

The condominium pool will be undergoing maintenance starting March 2nd.

We take care of the house with all the care and attention in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

**We do not charge for electricity for an average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***A security deposit of R$900.00 is required. It must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking confirmation and will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out (For New Year's Eve bookings, the security deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and clearance at the gate/property.
