From the apartment's balcony you can see the sunrise and the moon! In addition, the apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) all air-conditioned, living room and full kitchen.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

**** HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE INCLUDED twice a week according to the condominium schedule;

*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, window-unit air conditioner, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Bedroom 2: 2 double beds, split-system air conditioner, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe.

Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split-system air conditioner, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Note: There is a bathroom located between Bedrooms 1 and 2 that can be made private to either room, effectively turning it into a suite.

Apartment is on the 1st floor of the building.
