This Cute and Cozy Townhome is located in a Cove on Lake Desoto. You will love sitting on the deck and looking out over the water, jump in for a swim, go kayaking or fishing. With a fully furnished kitchen, you won't need to leave unless you opt to enjoy the fun activities the Village has to offer. There are two bedrooms, which are located on the lower level, sharing a beautiful full bath. The Master Bedroom leads out to a patio overlooking Lake Desoto! There is another 1/2 bath located on the Main level, along with the kitchen and living area.

This Unit offers two Kayaks for your use. Please wear lifejackets!

The Village offers 8 golf courses, 11 lakes, miles and miles of trails, a large bank of pickleball courts, outdoor pool, work out center, mini golf course, 2 beaches, and 2 marinas that have kayak and boat rentals.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
