Stylish Coastal House Just Steps to private Beach! Snowbird Monthly Rates

Welcome to The Sea View, where worries drift away and you'll find everything you need for your next retreat. Perfect for your extended winter holiday, offering monthly discounts for Oct-March with a house golf cart available, not guaranteed, as well. This house has three bedrooms on the main floor and a lighthouse themed bunkbed lookout with gorgeous sunset views upstairs. Kick up and relax inside or catch an ocean breeze on the sun-soaked wraparound deck. Just a short stroll to a residents/guests only beach - dogs welcome too! Rinse off in the outdoor hot/cold shower and chill out on a generous shaded patio complete with hammock, swing, picnic table and bbq grill.

The Sea View can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably, utilizing two king beds, one queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. We do not offer sleeper sofas. The interior living space is 1,368 square feet.

Like most beach homes, Sea View is on pilings. The main level of the home is elevated, so you do need to climb stairs to access the main floor of the home. That said, the lighthouse bunk room is accessed via a staircase/ladder.

Your front door is up the stairs on the west side of the home. There is a keypad on the door. You will be given the access code to the keypad prior to your arrival.

Upon entry into the home you are greeted by a bright and airy living, dining, kitchen area. This open concept layout is perfect for entertaining your guests.

The flat-screen smart television is mounted above our candle lit fireplace. Guests are to login to your own app accounts and are responsible for logging out upon departure. We do not provide our logins. This is the perfect space to enjoy family and friends over a board game or late night movie.

The kitchen is fully stocked with more than the basics. We aim to supply you with all of the pots, pans, and utensils. Please note that the home will occasionally have salt, pepper, and olive, however we do not supply these items. The kitchen table seats four. We have additional dining outside.

The master bedroom can be found on the north-east side of the home. It has a king bed, nightstands with reading lamps, privacy door, flat-screen smart television, open closet with storage space for luggage and a private three piece bath. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, fresh linens and bar soap. Please do not take our linens to the beach.

The west side of the home hosts two guest bedroom sharing a Jack-n-Jill bath. It has a retro shower/tub combo, vanity and loo. It is shared amongst the queen bedroom and the guest king bedroom.

The queen bedroom can be found on the north-west corner of the home. This bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands with reading lamps, flat-screen smart television, a chest of drawers and a closet for storing your luggage.

The king room is located on the north-west corner of the house. It has a dresser, nightstands with reading lamps, flat-screen smart television and a walk-in closet for storing your luggage. It also has blackout window coverings.

The fourth guest room is "the lighthouse" bunk room. This bedroom has amazing south-west views, a set of twin bunks, nightstand with reading lamp, blackout shades, and an additional cooling system. The room is cooled by our central HVAC, but we also added a 6,000 BTU Hinese Portable Air Conditioner for a 250 square feet small room to add an additional cooling punch.

When relaxing at Sea View, you can sit on the deck to soak up the sun and enjoy your privacy. We have a picnic table for dining as well as additional seating, hammock and a charcoal grill underneath the house. This is where many folks spend most of their time. It is absolute heaven.

We have a large charcoal grill. Guests are responsible for bringing all of their BBQ supplies. Please pull the grill out from under the house before grilling. We also request that you replace back inside the storage area once cool to prevent rust and corrosion.

Underneath the house you will find the laundry/bathroom combo and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. There is nothing better than showering under the stars. Please always use the outdoor shower prior to or in lieu of showering indoors after the beach. The sand is hard on our pipes. There is also a hose available for quick rinses too.
