Welcome to Heavenly Heights Lodge by Mountain to Waves Vacation Rentals, a spacious, pet-friendly Blue Ridge Mountain lodge near Asheville, Burnsville, Pisgah National Forest and Hatley Pointe. Set at approximately 3,000 feet on 26 private acres, this 4,500-square-foot Western North Carolina retreat offers spectacular long-range mountain views, six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and space for up to 16 guests.

Designed for large families, multi-family vacations, reunions and group getaways, the lodge features two fully equipped kitchens, a private hot tub, home theater, game room, outdoor fire pit and multiple decks overlooking the mountains. Intimate elopements and small daytime celebrations may also be permitted with advance approval.

During ski season, spend the day skiing, snowboarding or tubing at Hatley Pointe before returning to your private lodge for a movie, a fire or a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

LIVING AND GATHERING SPACES

The inviting main living room features comfortable seating, abundant natural light, a large Smart TV and a stone fireplace. It is the perfect place to reconnect after hiking, skiing or exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.

With multiple living and entertainment areas throughout the home, large groups can gather together while still having plenty of room to spread out.

The indoor fireplace is available seasonally from October through April and is not operational during warmer months.

Preparing meals for a large group is easier with two kitchens. Guests will find:

Heavenly Heights Lodge offers six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to 16 guests.

The home includes a combination of king, queen and family-friendly sleeping spaces. Comfortable beds, peaceful mountain surroundings and room to unpack make the lodge well suited for extended families and groups traveling together.

Bathrooms include fresh linens, showers or tubs and starter toiletries.

HOME THEATER AND GAME ROOM

Rainy days and evenings at the lodge are part of the fun. Enjoy:

Gather beneath the stars around the outdoor fire pit. Seating and complimentary firewood are provided for cozy evenings, storytelling and s’mores.

ELOPEMENTS AND SMALL CELEBRATIONS

Heavenly Heights Lodge may accommodate intimate elopements and small daytime celebrations with advance approval.

• Maximum overnight occupancy: 16 guests
• Maximum daytime occupancy: 20 guests
• Prior approval and an additional event fee are required
• Parking is limited to six vehicles
• Outdoor quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
• Large weddings and vendor-heavy events are not permitted

PET POLICY

Approved dogs are welcome for $55 per dog, per night.

• Dogs only; cats are not permitted due to severe allergies
• Maximum of four dogs with prior approval
• Every dog must be included in the reservation and disclosed before arrival
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture
• Guests must remove all pet waste from inside and outside the property
• Dogs are not permitted in the hot tub

Undisclosed pets are a violation of the house rules and will incur a $500 fee. Guests are also responsible for extraordinary cleaning, sanitization or replacement costs resulting from pet-related damage or contamination.

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. Please notify us before arrival so we can prepare appropriately.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• No smoking or vaping inside the lodge
• A signed rental agreement may be required
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• Mountain weather can change quickly; an appropriate vehicle may be advisable during winter conditions
• The property is professionally inspected after every stay
• Guests must follow occupancy, parking, pet and quiet-hour requirements
