Wraparound window sliders offer views and balcony access, with roll-up blackout shades equipped for privacy and morning convenience. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living area with shows and movies on the smart TV. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and free WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available using guests' own accounts.
A beach umbrella, chairs, and bike parking spots are available for guests' use as part of the complex amenities.
There is a sofa bed available.
We regret to inform you that the complex is growing. A new tower is being built next to our building and they will be working on it. expanding and incorporating new departments. Construction hours will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. m. to 6 p.m. m. Monday through Friday with a lunch hour from 1-2 p.m. m. 9 a.m. to 3 pm on Saturday and no work on Sundays. The timing of this project surprised us a bit, however, the cost per night for this condo has already been reduced substantially to reflect construction work. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This rental is located on floor 4.

Nice place but...

Maritima is a lovely development, but it's just not finished. Several of the advertised features are still not in operation; the listings really should be updated to make them accurate. I stayed in 4a for two weeks and 5a for three weeks. They have identical footprints, and wonderful views. 5a has a better furniture layout, and a better equipped kitchen. Neither had laundry facilities, nor does the development, which I see as a HUGE negative for anyone staying for longer periods. Another problem for me is that there are virtually no restaurants nearby, so if you want to go out, you can add about $20 to the price of your meal. The rooftop pool is wonderful, and the little bar/ restaurant is wonderful. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and prepared delicious food (very limited choices). The best guacamole ever! The local property management staff are superb. Ana and the gentleman who helped with internet and other issues are polite, friendly, quick to respond, and VERY helpful. I especially appreciated the care that Ana took during my departure when I was having some health issues. It was a pleasant stay, but there are too many issues for me to book again until construction and other issues have been handled.

Hermosa vista al mar para apreciar los atardeceres, buena ubicación a restaurantes, tiendas y farmacia. El complejo muy bonito con Infinity Pool, gimnasio y sala de cine.

Beautiful views but listed amenities not available

Rooftop patio and staff were awesome, rooftop pool was lovely with comfortable lounging, and the gym was well equipped. While the views from the condo are spectacular and we enjoyed the condo itself, there are some things that need attention by the owner/property manager. 1) Huge problem with wifi our entire stay, and were unable to reach our families back home or arrange taxis without having to pay for data. This is apparently a known issue in the building. 2) There were no maps of the condo facilities or where things are located, so we had no idea where anything was. 3) No instructions on how to work TV remotes or safe. We eventually figured these out ourselves (waste of time). 4) The amenities advertised on the listing were not functioning or nowhere to be found. 5) Beach chairs provided are for children. We could barely fit on them. 6) Balcony did not have a side table nor seat cushions for the hard wooden chairs. 7) Neither patio door locks (safety issue for guests). 8) Balcony windows were so smudged you could barely see through them. No cleaning supplies to clean them ourselves. Should have been cleaned by the staff. If not for Miguel, the security guard at the gate/lobby, we’re not sure what we would have done. He was amazing and would always have a smile on his face. He did whatever he could to help us.

There was no bar gym or cinema.No laundry no dishwasher. Otherwise nice pool area nice clean unit
