Very much enjoyed our stay. The little bonus welcome gifts were very nice. We’ve stayed in Shipyard more than 20 times and the communication this time was the best yet. Thank you very much!

This was a great rental experience for us. The staff was responsive during our entire visit. When the wifi went down they had a technician there within a few hours to fix it. Rent with confidence. This location is fantastic with beach and pool 5 minutes away or less.

Clean and tastefully furnished unit. This was our second stay here and we enjoy it very much.A couple problems did arise during this stay and we found management was very responsive in addressing them for us. The only negative to mention is that it can be noisy when upstairs guests are present- at least in part due to the units type of construction.

This villa was totally renovated and had a well equipped kitchen. New appliances and pots, pans, dishes, etc. Located on a lagoon and has a Great view of the golf course. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. DeeDee T.

Hilton Head Beach

We enjoyed our visit and the condo was perfect for us !! We drove to the beach club everyday and had no problem finding a parking space. First time staying in Shipyard , hope to back soon !!!

Quick stopover in Hilton Head

We only had a couple of nights to spend in Hilton Head and decided to give this place a try. Great location and excellent condition. Check in process was easy and they even check in with you during your stay. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Evian Vacation

Very nice place for an extended stay. Location is right in the middle of shipyard. Only knock on the condo was late in the trip it got loud when the unit above was occupied.

Very clean

Enjoyed the view of the golf course. Nice and bright house. Short walk to the community pool and tennis courts.

Wonderful unit

Great location-close to bike path and just a short walk to beachThe unit itself was very clean and well appointed.The only downside we could mention was the need for a pillow refreshment in the MBR.Otherwise everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!!

Birthday getaway

We loved this cute rental. Perfect location near the beach and golf course. Very clean and put together. My husband and I were there for my birthday weekend. Easy to check in. The only issue we had was initially stated bike rental included however this is a first come first serve basis. We ended up renting bikes on our own, otherwise lovely place to stay!

Our one month stay

Property was nice unit nice above unit with dog was very annoying and loud. When guest left unit they crated their dog and he barked until they returned. Would not rent this unit again baded on above situation. We stay extremely anoting and loud. W

Enjoy NETFLIX

Nicely set up as a rental. Good golf views. TV difficult for us to use. Could not find our usual cable TV programs. NETFLIX etc easy to get, so don't forget your account/sign-in info.

276 Evian

Unit was bright and comfortable. Great location by pool and tennis/Pickleball courts (description failed to mention pickleball). Enjoyed grilling in the back and drinking/watching the golfers on hole 9. EVIAN while behind on spring landscaping maintenance, is a very pretty community. Easy 8-12 minute bike ride to beach. Minor housekeeping issues but Coastal fixed them promptly. Only issue was confusion on beach access parking. Guests should be told if their Shipyard pass has a green 2023 beach access stamp, then they can park (if room) at the beach club otherwise there is NO parking. In summer, based on experience, if you haven't parked car there before 10:30, you wont get a spot until around 1 when families with children head inland when limited spots open up. However, after 5 is great if you want to walk the beach. There is no parking at the Sonesta Hotel. HHI is and continues to be our family's favorite beach on the east coast. Beach is super wide (at low tide), may or may not get jellyfish, and it just feels tropical.
