We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is immaculate and located on a quiet bay inlet. The amenities are nice and well maintained. We highly recommend this property.

Such a wonderful location for this fun little condo! The water views are really incredible -- we were even visited by a dolphin one morning. :) Downtown St. Pete is an easy drive with all the great restaurants and things to do. The owners were awesome to work with -- great communication!

Beautiful waterfront

Perfect spot for waterfront sunsets in this friendly pickleball community. Convenient location, nice kitchen, great pool and weight room, and so much more. The balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee and a sunset wind down.

Home Away from Home

Coquina Key provided a lot of home-away-from home essentials. Bedding, bathroom, kitchen, cleaning supplies, and much more. The wifi was terrific for my work. There are lots of nearby activities and a great place to walk.

Tidy little condo with great views from 2 nice balconies in a gated community. Zeynap is a great communicator,who responded quickly to our requests. Nice pools. Bed was OK but we are not fans of memory foam mattresses. No laundry in the unit or building, which meant driving to the laundromat on the community property.

Best Rental property, EVER

Zeynep is the BOMB! This property is beautifully decorated, with every detail thought out with comfort and convenience uppermost. Spotless and so well appointed from crockery, utensils, cookware, towels and bedding. Gorgeous waterfront location with tons of amenities. And the owners are wonderfully kind and thoughtful. Loved every minute of our stay.

Beautiful Stay!

The host is amazing and is a 10/10 for communication. This is a quiet and beautiful community. I love that they had a heated pool. It may swimming so enjoy. The property is beautiful! The waterside views are at every angle is the condo and breathtaking. Cleanliness and comfort 10/10!

Look no further! Perfect! Wonderful apartment in quiet gated community. Well-appointed kitchen, thoughtful decor and stunning water framed sunrises and sunsets. Shaded and open decks to enjoy the morning and end of day. Access to the community pool and amenities as well. Quiet, comfortable and excellent proximity to downtown and western beaches. I'll be back!

Wonderful get-away

Beautiful property, fantastic communication w the host! Overall we enjoyed our stay. Close to beaches and even closer to downtown to ST. Pete! Renovation was taking place on main pool but the clubhouse and sitting area were great w an amazing view. Spent many mornings on the porches engulfed in nature while overlooking the water. We would ABSOLUTELY stay at this location again. Wonderful area to kayak (bring your own) if you have the opportunity. Clean amenities (laundry area, grills, and gym) and very friendly neighborhood. 5 stars!!

We first would like to thank you for choosing our little piece of paradise for your stay in St. Petersburg Florida.

We are a family who loves to travel. As far as our day jobs go, Tom is an executive in a pharmaceutical company and loves what he does on a Global platform. And I (Zeynep) am a designer. I created my own custom boot brand Zeyzani in 2009 (www.zeyzani.com). And since then I, proudly, have been designing and manufacturing custom boots for amazing women locally and internationally; including Dolly Parton, and Whoopi Goldberg.

Although we are plenty busy with our day jobs, sharing our vacation homes with the World has become another passion of ours.

Have you seen those pictures? The view from our balconies alone is worth choosing @tnzwaterside for your visit/stay. But of course, our recently and fully remodeled and fully furnished condo is also a beautiful bonus to these amazing views, sunsets, and playing dolphins that you will get to watch from either waterfront balcony.

We are also located less than 5 miles from St Pete Downtown and less than 7 miles from St Pete Beach. If you are after a nice night out in downtown or a sunset boat tour in St Pete Beach, you are perfectly located.
