Sir, if you are complaining about Hot weather, I do not understand you asking for hot water, no one in Santa Marta has Hot water because is a Hot weather place, which means that if you wanted that, the inside (apto)weather was adequate . Internet is 24/7 the reason I say that is because outside of the apartment there is a camera where I supervise the maintenance of the property and It is working with that internet and has been working for the entire 3 years. Yes, there is a 1 dollar fee per person, one time, but it is a building rule, the security gives you a sticker to have in your hand to verify that you are the person who rents the property, and for security reasons, sorry that I did not put that in the advertisement, now people know that they have to pay 1 dollar per person, one time.
