The property and stay was excellent. We rented the property for a sibling reunion. More than enough space. The game room was a plus for my niece. Josh communicated well. I highly recommend.

This host was marvelous. He was very communicative & super accommodating! The home was very spacious & conveniently located near the airport. It was clean but one of my kids did see a roach on the kitchen countertop. I also was expecting a bbq grill since it was listed in the rental listing bt we improvised. All in all we would def choose this home again if we visit ATL again. Thanks.

Women Retreat

The house was great for our Women Retreat and relaxing for those that stayed the two days. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. We felt welcome from the time we walked through the door. We were able to accommodate 21 ladies for our Day Session Conference. Everyone loved the place. A big thank you to the host.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The house was what we hoped for and more. It was large and spacious. We were in town for a family reunion and other family came to our house to meet up. The game room and pool table proved to be just what we needed for the kids. Joshua was easy to contact and quick to respond. We all enjoyed the house very much. He is a super host!!!😊😊😊😊

We were in town for a baseball tournament which had us seeming all over the state. The house had lots of space. Rooms were big, especially the master bedroom was massive. We had 7 in our party but because the rooms were so big we could have easily accommodated more with air mattresses. The house was pretty clean overall. If I were to nit pick the baseboards could use a good wipe down, the air vents a vacuuming and all the bedrooms and hallway are older carpeting but all in all the house was good and clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Showers were good with over sized tubs that gave lots of room for a shower. We mostly ate out so I can’t speak to the cooking. I did wash uniforms and clothes daily. Washer was fine, dryer was having trouble drying it was heating up but took like 2 hours to dry a small load. The location is decent just a bit of a drive to get to restaurants and the house is tucked way back in the subdivision. There is a WalMart pretty close by. One of my favorite things was the giant Gold gratitude rock in the front yard with the small sign asking to rub the rock and give gratitude. I was grateful everyday for another day. All in all a good trip. Josh the host was there for anything we needed. It worked out well for us.

Great Spot for a party!!

Celebrated my birthday here and it was seamless! Lots of space and ambient lighting that adds a great vibe to the party. Only thing about the location is it’s close to some train tracks that crosses over the main road leading to the house. I was unable to reach the house to setup for my party for about 30 minutes as the train sat on the tracks and didn’t move. So just be advised knowing/taking backroads would be helpful!

Family friendly

The size of the house was sufficient for our group of 13 ages 4-50. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately, there was not enough bedding, towels were sparse, the floors were dirty and the kitchen was not well equipped. We didn’t have silverware or glasses. It made it difficult to cook meals for our large group. The host did bring another set of bedding and a few more towels which we appreciated. To the owner: my suggestion would be to have more Living room furniture, a better equipped kitchen and at least two towels per person. The dryer also does not work well. It gets really hot but the air does not circulate through, I’m afraid you may have clogged duct work and it could catch fire. The place is a great space, but to host a large group it really needs more seating and kitchen supplies. Thank you for working with us.

Joshua, Was an excellent host! He was very effective at communicating throughout the whole process. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he came so quickly and opened the door! This did not hinder my wedding night. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was clean and spacious and this property is beautiful in person. Don't hesitate to rent this property. Thanks, Joshua for allowing me and my family to rent your property for my wedding!
