*Outside contractors clean and maintain our pool and landscaping. Authorized personnel will use the gate to enter the backyard and carry out their tasks, so don't be alarmed to see people at work during your stay. “I was in Tampa for a conference that was downtown. Instead of staying at the conference hotel, I got a rental car and stayed here. It was great! The house was very clean and had a nice backyard with a hot tub, which was nice to have some easy outdoor time before/after conference activities. The neighborhood is very quiet, which was great as I am a light sleeper. It also was walkable; in 15 minutes I was able to walk to the bayshore walkway along the water for some exercise one day.
