Beautiful, comfortable, has everything we needed for a group trip to the beach. Cissi was great when we needed some plumbing assistance which was handled expeditiously. We absolutely cannot wait to come back!

Great place to stay

Ample room for everyone, they have all the amenities and beach accessories that you will need. Pool was right beside the unit, which was very convenient. Cissi was very communicative, and a delight to work with. The beach was spacious and not crowded at all

Best Yet

The condo was clean and well appointed. It provided every utensil and cooling appliance we needed and more! Cicci was attentive to our needs and quick to respond each time I texted. I cant wait to go again!

Our stay at this Pensacola Beach villa was perfect—excellent host, location, and exactly as described. Anyone staying at this property won't be disappointed.

Fabulous property

This property was amazing! The condo is well stocked with beach items, and the kitchen was better stocked than any other condo we have ever stayed in to prepare meals. Having two master’s bedrooms was nice, since we came with another family. The bunk room was great for our three teenage girls. Parking is limited and maneuvering vehicles can be tight, but there is a one car garage during your stay. Given that is a low density property, you will have the beach to yourself. It was amazing!

Retreat

It was nicely decorated home on the beach. It was clean in a nice community. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again when we go back to Pensacola Beach.

A really nice experience

The home was clean, it had almost everything we needed, great location, the kids loved their rooms and special window to the living room, bathrooms were very nice, Cissi responded quickly when I had questions, everyone loved using the pool and tennis court and most of all we loved the beautiful beach.

Beautiful House with lot of amenities!

Cissi was great to deal with. The house was in a great location and slept my family of 8 very comfortably. The house came fully stocked with all needs for the kitchen and lots of games for the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Pensacola area!

Convenient Stay!

Super convenient to beach, pool, and tennis courts. Gorgeous views from balconies. The kids loved the bunk room and the master was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed how well stocked the place was from the kitchen to the beach toys and chairs. Made it so much easier with kids. We'll be back!

Salty Kisses-Never Misses!

Our stay was PERFECT, and Cissi kept us up to date and informed, from first contact to last. Every amenity (both inside and out, including equipment for the beach), was available for a wonderful, relaxing vaca. The property was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we could not have had a more perfect family trip. Thank you, Cissi! We’ll be back.

The Perfect Place - Book it now!

This was the perfect place for our group. The listing doesn’t do it justice, at all. Cissi was an incredible host and made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay. The condo’s location was incredible. You basically walk outside and across a boardwalk and you are on a private beach. The kids loved being able to go between the pool and beach. We had another family with us so the two master suites were nice. And the bunk room with 2 sets of double bunk beds was perfect for the kids. We are already talking about when we can return again!

Perfect Fall Break stay!

Our family and friends had the best time staying at this property!!! The photos and description are spot on - everything was exactly as we expected when we got there in person. The walk to the beach is very short (only takes a little over a minute), and it feels very secluded! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time! The property owner was wonderful and very responsive. Everything was extremely clean too, which is a huge thing for me! One of the best parts was having a fully stocked garage - everything you would need or want for the beach could be found in the garage! It was so helpful not to have to pack those items. Would definitely book another stay here! 10/10!

Perfect in every way

We could not have been happier with Salty Kisses! The location with both the beach and pool literally outside the door was perfect. It was amazing to give our preteens and teens the freedom to go back and forth all day. They absolutely loved it! Furthermore the beach (and pool many times) felt like our own private area...we were often the only ones there. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked. We loved that the garage was full of available beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, everything we could have needed! A nice surprise I didn't expect was a separate wine/beer fridge and icemaker. Perfect. We were a group of 10 (4 adults and 6 girls ages 5 to 17) and it was simply perfect. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Even better than expected! This vacation was a splurge for me, and I took my 4 grown kids and 4 grandchildren, we had plenty of room for all nine of us, without getting in each others way. Beautiful place, with amazing attention to details: the towels were fluffy and soft, the beds were very comfortable, the carpet was so clean and fresh (and soft!) that I even let my littles lie on it without placing a blanket down first (which is a first for me!) great water pressures for showers, good selection of books/games, and the host provided plenty of staples like laundry/dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, as well as providing sand toys and beach chairs for our use. We LOVED the porches, and each of us spent alot of time enjoying them. The pool and beach access are both right next door, and the kids loved that as well. The check in process was the easiest Ive experienced with any rental property, and I can honestly say this has been the nicest property and the best hosts I've ever dealt with. Recommend this! Will definitely try to book here next time we're in Pensacola Beach! It was perfect for our needs.

The Perfect Beach House!

Wow..wow..wow! Our family has been coming to the Florida panhandle for 30 years. This house is our favorite!! The beach walkover and pool are off your back porch! Leave your beach towels, beach chairs and toys at home-this garage has it all! You can’t beat the private beach! No crowds at all! There were 10 of us-6 adults and 4 kids age 2, 3, 4 & 5. There was plenty of space for us to eat together. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and every drawer and cabinet is perfectly labeled so you know exactly where things are. The bedding and linens were high quality and sound machines were available. The living room had games and puzzles for all ages. And a nice stash of books to enjoy! Communication with Cissi was clear and easy!! She takes pride on making sure you have a great vacation!! A tip for those with small kids, bring 2- 3 baby gates to block the stairs. We had 1 and could have used more. I truly hope you can enjoy this wonderful vacation home. Finally, a very special “lovey” was left behind and Cissi had it in the mail to us immediately! Thank you Cissi for a wonderful week! We will be back!!!

The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, and the beds are soft. The owner was super prompt in responding to texts and was both kind and helpful. Having a garage for the car was a bonus!

Salty Kisses is AWESOME!

We stayed 4 nights during the Blue's weekend and it was the best place we have ever stayed!! The house fit 7 of us very comfortably. It definitely can sleep more! Check in and check out very easy & the owner is a fantastic host!!! Ordered groceries for delivery, cooked several meals, and SO close to the beach! We definitely will be returning.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at Salty Kisses! The property was clean, well-maintained, had everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. The beach was so empty (especially for summer) so that was a nice bonus! Also was happy to see there was a large closet in the primary bedroom upstairs. Was the perfect size to put a pack n play for my toddler to sleep.

All Around Great Experience

This property is absolutely beautiful and well laid out with plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed and garage had all the beach equipment imaginable. Certainly helps not having to pack these items when traveling long distances. We loved location of house, foot steps away from beach and removed from the busier downtown Pensacola beach/boardwalk area. The host (Cissi) does a great job accommodating and is responsive to any questions that exist. Would not hesitate renting the property in the future.

Wonderful experience at Salty Kisses — will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo! So many positive things to say…it was clean, well-stocked, felt like staying in a home, great location, tons of space, everything we needed! You are literally just steps from the beach, the pool and the tennis court, the beach was not crowded at all, the condo had everything we needed, Cissi was so quick to respond to our questions, and there is a great walking / running path just across the street. We took two of our teens and 5 friends plus our college aged daughter joined as well and we all fit and had plenty of space. We will definitely be back!

We are a beach loving family with lots of kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews. We have been vacationing on Ft Pickens for years. We think it is the best spot to gather and make memories!

Salty Kisses PortSide feels like a home. A place to gather with your family and friends. The "great" room truly feels great and can host any gathering! In addition, there are 2 balconies and a deck for lots of outdoor fun. The pool and tennis courts are right beside the unit so you can watch the kiddos from the balcony or the deck. It is a short walk on the boardwalk (113 steps according to our first guest) to the beach from Salty Kisses PortSide. We truly are on the Gulf! Our small complex, PortSide Villas has over 1000 feet of unspoiled beach-your nearest neighbor on the beach will most likely be a sea turtle!

On the first floor you will find the expansive 2 story family room that is open to the kitchen and dining room that seats 8. Sliders open to a big balcony where you have outdoor dining for 6 and beautiful views of the Gulf. The kitchen has an island that seats four and a butler's pantry that has a wine fridge with an ice maker and a full size washer and dryer. Also on this floor you will find a master suite (queen) with sliders to the balcony, a full size murphy bed, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

On the second floor, there is a bunk room with 4 full size bunk beds and a full bath with a walk in shower. Lots of kiddos can bunk up. The "true" master suite has a king Tempurpedic , sliders to the balcony, and a bathroom with dual vanities, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.

On the ground floor you will find a garage loaded with beach chairs, toys, tennis racquets, floats and an umbrella. There is also a deck with an outdoor shower, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a porch swing, and a gas grill.
