Summary:
This room is a part of the Sunset Motel located directly across from Lake Pepin in Lake City, MN. The hotel consists of traditional single and double motel rooms, a 3 bedroom house, and 2-3 bedroom condo units. All of the units have shared access to our heated in-ground pool. All rooms have recently been equipped with electronic locks for a seamless check-in process. Located near some of the area's best attractions including public beach access, top restaurants, golf courses, and marinas.

The Space:
This spacious suite features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable Queen bed, plus a pull-out sofa sleeper in the common area that can accommodate one or two more guests. The convenient eat-in kitchenette is equipped with a medium-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, small gas range with oven, dishware, silverware, pots and pans, basic utensils, and a coffee maker—everything you need for simple meals or morning coffee. A cozy table for two provides a perfect spot to dine or plan your day.

Whether you're relaxing inside, enjoying the lake view, or taking a dip in the heated pool, this suite offers a comfortable home base for your stay.
